Needed a wireless printer that produces good quality prints. This one does the job well. Easy to set up and use. It accepts the high volume ink cartridges so I don't have to change them so often. Highly recommended.

Good Deal. Printer works well. Very big printer in size.

Printer was easy to set up. However when printing thru the wifi it was extremely slow.

About 25% of the time, grabs the first sheet and jams it sideways. Have to cancel and start over, frustrating when sending multiple sheets. This is second machine,same thing happened to the first one. Paid Geek Squad to come and hook up the first one, and then had to pay them again on phone and online to hook up second one.

HP has designed this printer well. It is sturdy and functional, adequate for a small business office or a well equipped home office. Note that a cord is required from your computer to this printer, rather than the wireless connection, (i) if you don't have a router, and (ii) to scan from the printer to the computer.

The print quality is excellent. Easy to set up at home.

Perhaps I received a defective printer. This printer, when it works, it works well. But the printhead keeps getting stuck. After 24 hours of non-use, the printer seems to permanently park its printhead. Opening the ink door does not move the printhead. Sending print jobs will only get you "No Printer found". The only way out is by powering on/off/on the printer, and then it has to go through all its HW checks. This takes time, and wastes a page of paper each time. I am not happy with this printer. Will send it back!!

Easy set up. Good one printer for the entire household.

I have owned several models of HP Printers over the years and have been very satisfied. I bought this one as a backup as the one I currently have is getting a little older and the features on this one were good. Have not put it into service as of this writing.

needed nultiple pages to feed printer, instead of making one copy at a time..

little more than what i needed but i like that it has more pages to print before you have to refill it. In the process of buying a home, with scanning, printing and copying it has been one less thing to worry about haven't had any problems with it aside from it having a small delay in printing once.

Our HP 8610 has been a great value for the price we paid, and has worked well thus far. I like the touchscreen, and all of the functions are easy to use. I especially like the new mail order HP ink program, which saves us a lot of money on the cost of ink.

The printer works well however the paper tray will only feed about 1/2 of the paper in the tray. This means that you need to keep a lot more paper in the tray than will ever get used. I had the older version of this printer and all the paper in the tray would be used until the tray was empty.

I will only recommend to clients products that I personally have used and am satisfied with. This all-in-one printer/scanner is a great addition to any home/office. The scan/email function from your computer is a real time saver.

This printer is fast, does not jam, and gets the job done! I am very satisfied with this product and would definitely recommend this printer to a friend.
