This is one fine printer for the little Money it cost, it even prints to back and front of the paper. The ink may be a little pricey but it lasts a very long time. I am very satisfied with this product and would buy it again if my other printer should fail

I love this printer I can do what I need to do from home or away from home with the app. I also love the $ 3.00 a month on ink plan never run out of ink.

Would not buy it again. Prints OK, but the document feeder jams frequently and occasionally it will feed the doc, but the printer doesn't copy/print it out. Printing two sided docs works well. Seems to be OK on ink usage. Prices for ink more or less what others charge.

i had the 8600 before. this seems to be better and have a few more design fixes. the reason i got a new one is on the 8600 the print head went bad and it is cheaper to get a new printer than get a new print head.

Second one of the same printer, first one lasted two year. We had just spent 100.00 dollars on ink and the print head errored out. Would have liked it to last longer though. Ink seems to last quit a long time.

Best all-in-one printer i have come across so far. HP has done it again! Would be ideal for a home office or any small business. Really love the feature that allows you to scan directly to your e-mail.

Not very sophicated printer but gets the job done.

So far I like this printer. It was easy to set up to WiFi.. I haven't tried very many of the other features yet.. but looking forward to printing some pictures for the upcoming holidays.. also got it for a great price..

Finally upgraded to wireless printing for the house and have not been disappointed, from my desktop, laptop, ipad and iphone.

This printer replaced a prior HP printer, which was 5 years old. This printer was very easy to set up. Starts up much quicker than my old printer. The print quality is very good. I would recommend this to a friend.

After my cannon broke down on me, I decided to try this HP and it is freaking awesome! I especially like the feature that allows you to print by sending the document as an email to the printer. So cool!

This is a great Printer. HP Bloats their software with a bunch of useless junk. I had to call HP as their OJ Print Drivers would not work. Had to revert it back to the 6980. Dont be alarmed if yours does the same.

The printer has been great so far. We have printed from 3 different laptops, including one Mac. The family loves the ability to print from anywhere in the house given the wireless capability. I would buy it again.

So far: The print quality is good. The high price of the ink is somewhat of a drawback...but then again all ink is expensive. The steps to print are relatively easy. The machine itself is rather large and takes up more space than my previous machine.

The instructions for setting it up and installing everything are not the best and tech support was unable to initially answer my questions. It turned out to be easy just not clear in the beginning. Once all set up, it's a great printer, and I'm very pleased.

Have yet to use the printer. We are not the sharpest tool in the shed but no one in the family can figure out how to set this printer up so we can use it...Last resort is to contact the Geek Squad, pay $50 and have someone come out to set it up for us.

Have a Hp laptop and it was an effortless setup. Works good so far. Old Hp printer was due for a major overhaul and too expensive to fix. I expect this one last a few years with regular home use.

This is a great home office printer. I haven't used the fax but all the other features work flawlessly. The feeder for the scanner is a great addition. Setup was so easy to set up for all the computers in the house. Would definitely recommended this unit.

This printer works well for a 2-4 person office. The wireless function works fast and is easy to set up.
