Met all my expectations. The surprise was the hp dedicated email address given to the printer. documents could be emailed directly to printer and printed eliminating 2 steps in printing an email

It's a great printer. Simple set up. It does everything that I need to do and more. I'm very happy with it that I bought 2 more for gift for my family.

I wanted to purchase a new printer and this one was on sale. I ended up saving another $30 a week later, when Best Buy sold this printer with a free $30 gift card offered on ad. So far it works great.

It's a good printer, the pictures print fantastic. But it had a hard time picking up the thicker photo paper. I use premium plus photo paper and it's like it picks up every other time.

I really love it. I'm not a very "quick 2 learn" computer/printer user. It's fast, super easy 2 use, and it prints great pics! Very glad I got it.

Great printer and the ink program is awesome. I am adding this part of the sentence to meet the minimum character requirements. How stupid is that.

I have had 4 HP's printers before this one and so far I like the speed and the view window could have been a little larger but no worries, also the 8610 is the largest if them all.

This printer is great for my home based company. Efficient on ink and great customer service when you buy the geek squad protection.

Had trouble getting the computer and printer to communicate. Sometimes it prints an extra page - blank except for the date etc. along the edge.

4 stars. easy to set up. It works on multiple computers. Does everything it says. Zero complaints with it.

Although I bought protection for it, its solid & made well, so it seems unlikely I'll be needing repairs; but its very heavy .It has more capabilities than other printers in the same price range & I think it was a Good buy!

I bought this printer because it prints 2-sided. It does that very well but very slowly. Slower than my 8 year old printer I got rid of. I am also not too sure about the print quality. It is very noisy on startup and whenever it prints

The printer is definitely a better second generation printer but it isn't built for a lot of volume. If you have light printing, this is fine for wireless printing for your IOS devices.

The printer was easy to hook up, but I did have a problem with printing our AOL e-mails. I had to activate Microsoft Edge to resolve the issue, since IE is no longer being supported. The printer functions are easy to use.

Great product and very happy with the scanner and print quality of this unit, much needed improvement from my 6200 all in one series printer

Purchased for use in our RV in order to have all of the features that we love in the same product at home.

I bought this model to replace an 8 year old HP printer that was beggining to have some performance problems. This is a much faster unit with more features and advanced tools.

I have always and only purchased HP printers. They seem to have a life expectancey of about 3 to 4 years. When working there great! But when there is a problem, just junk them..........

I bought this printer for home use. After using it for a whole year I've returned to write this review. The document feeder consistently chews up my documents (creases, folds, rips, tears, everything I could possibly do to them). Since the document feeder was one of my main reasons for purchasing this printer over other models/brands, I can only give it 3 stars. On the plus side, the ink doesnt dry out. I maybe print 2 or 3 documents a month, and in the past I've had issues with printers using too much ink or drying out. I have not had to replace the original ink to date! (A whole year later).

This printer is a must buy, my former printer was a cable, dial up kinda printer and it sucks a lot of ink, unlike this printer, it really saves me some money for the ink.
