Poor product -returned after 1 day. Have to pay extra for a seperate paper tray? Too large and bulky. Not a fan at all.

I bought this machine for a small business. The scanner works fine, but it prints really, really slow especially if you are printing more than 5 pages at a time. It makes a lot of noise and shakes as it is printing your documents. It was great with setting up on Wifi, fax, and email printing. Overall the thing works. But if you are in a rush and need to print a large document, do not rely on this printer to help you make it to your appointment on time.

best printer. works with my laptop and my cell phone. color printing is excellent. loading paper is ez. photos are great. I would buy this again

i love my printer just the thing i hate is that the ink is really expensive if you use printers frequently get it but if not dont because the ink tends to be used up even if u do not use it

Has worked fine for past two years, but then it suddenly had problems with the printer heads. Even follow directions provided by HP, it would not correct itself. Had to buy anew printer.

I just love my HP Office Jet Pro 8610 purchased about a year ago. Have not had any issues with it and I also love HP's Instant Ink Program which works great!

We use this for my kids home schooling and its a must. Compared to all the others this is more efficient, economical, and versatile with MacBooks and windows users alike.

This all in one printer was easy to install and is easy to use. I think even my 85 year old dad could figure this one out.

This is my favorite inkjet printer. It's heavy duty and the ink is a good value. Only complaint so far is that they seem to have taken away the auto-crop feature for photos that was built into the 8500 series.

The printer works well with all aspects, - printing, copy, fax, scanning. The recommendation to purchase this model from a friend was exactly what I needed.

I always buy HP printers & have never been disappointed. I decided to upgrade to this model after the great sale price. It works great & is easy to set up.

Printer alignment is an issue...I've printed letters and made copies and the alignment is totally off.......I've reset the printer 3 times to factory settings to correct problem with no success....

For the price, lots of features. This thing is BIG compared to other printers in the price range. Warm up in 30 sec. Print quality not the best but it is a sub-$100 color printers so it is fair.

The actual printing isn't bad, the copying functionality isn't bad, but the network connectivity is horrible. It constantly losses it's network connection so wireless printing is a pain. It also takes a long time to reconnect to the network. I have other devices (Apple, Microsoft even HP other products) connected to the same network wirelessly and they don't have this problem.

Good value for the money. Compact size. Easy to set up for printing & copying. Have to spend some time to set up the scanner. Printer slower than I hoped for.

The printer is excellent. No problems have occurred in the year it has been used. The ink usage is very good compared to my previous non HP printer.

The printer did not work right from the beginning. The only instruction available to start is a brochure poorly designed and did not give me a clue on how to proceed. After installing the printer an error on "print head error" showed in the display. I had HP products before and this printer is far away from the traditional HP quality

Bought this printer for its ability to print on both sides. Ink lasts a long time and registered for the HP ink subscription which makes ink more affordable and always here when I need it

Takes great photocopies and scanner is accurate. Only downside is scanner is a bit slow.

Little enough to sit on your desk without taking it over and yet it gets all the work done. Scanning is average speed but it does take a bunch of pages at a time so beats personal scanners.
