Junk printer - awful service

Bought it on Aug. 1 after reading good reviews on printer. Gave it as gift. Son didn't set it up until after he went 500 miles away to college. Printer didn't work. Son was busy with new school, new place, being a freshman, and didn't return it to local Best Buy until after Sept 1. Best Buy wouldn't give exchange, stating he was too late. Sad that Best Buy won't honor their product and help a young college student.

Ok printer for price

But for the price it's does an ok job if your not in a hurry or wanting crisp pictures. Typed word docs usually turn out ok when printed, copied they can be faint and colors not as vibrant. Depending on use.....I'd recommend this printer.

Didn't work out of box

I am waiting on the second replacement part to arrive. When it does, almost a month will have passed since I first brought problem to attention of HP.
