Unit did not work

Print Heads would not move from Home Position. This clearly was not Best Buy's fault. I was so angry I had them just refund my money. I am glad your employees had patience that day.

Pretty good all in one

The only reason for three stars is because you can't just replace the black ink when it's out! I've never even heard of that. You have to replace the whole cartridge even when color's full just to have black. Crazy
