the touch screen does not work it will not fax or scan and printing takes forever i am very dissatified

Great Printer for home use. I only wish it was able to print in a large size drawings for Office use.

The resolution of printout is okay but nothing to rave about. It's slower than expected. I do like the scanning capability.

I've had it for just over 1 month and already the document feeder is acting up. Papers go in and then start to jam.

I like the product but it seems to loose the wireless connection a lot especially if I turn on PC before printer. Installation instructions and help manual needs to greatly improved.

I like the functionality it does what I need it to do. My main complaint is its lack of speed. My former printer could run circles around it.

I had at least 3 of these printers in my house before I gave up and purchased from another company. Up to that point I have used HP printers for at least 18 years

This machine has great colors and fast copies, but is extremely slow scanning document

My third HP 8600 or 8610 and they are quick and make good copies but none have lasted 2 years

I purchased a pair of earbud headphones. They suck! They sound tinny and the singers sound as if they are singing in a deep hole. Never buy this product.

I like HP products and this one is no exception. A bit slow to print but it is two-sided and prints well.

We bought two of these printers and they both failed at the same time with the same problem. We always used HP ink. After spending hours following the HP support instructions and even finding an adendum to the procedures to repeat the process 3 times! I looked inside where the printhead parks and black ink was everywhere on both printers. We had bought the large blank ink since that gets used the most - and it's at a premium price. When the failure occured we had only printed a dozen pages. I tried loading firmware from the HP site to no avail. It appears the printer just drained the black ink and destroyed the printhead. I've read many others having this same problem and HP is pretending there isn't any issue. Their greed to drain ink so they can sell more is a big fail. The company on a whole is unethical. I've read many people having exactly the same issue and spending lots of money and time to fix and replace the printhead - it still fails. Shame on Hewlett Packard. I will NOT purchase anything from them again. This disregard for their customers is unconscionable.
