I replaced an HP with this one and probably will never buy a different brand. I'm glad t have it installed before tax season.

This printer does everything and I love it! The only reason I didn't give it a full 5 stars is because it prints and scans a little slower than I expected.

This printer is everything I needed and it's awesome with the wireless part (I can even print from my iPad!)

I bought this printer to upgrade. I like the paper tray. I like how it connects to my network. I like HP printers.

The first machine malfunctioned within 24 hrs. I exchanged it at the store. The second printer malfunctioned out of the box, printing extremely slow and with scanning errors. An HP IT person fixed the slow printing problem after several hours of online effort. The scanning errors never were resolved and after several more hours of online and on the phone frustration HP sent me a reconditioned machine. This machine prints PDF files at the rate of about 30 seconds per page. After spending most of the day on the phone I was told it was my problem to fix because the slow printing was a problem caused by Adobe reader, not my printer. Funny how the second printer worked just fine after an HP tec worked on it using the same Adobe. I googled the problem and my goodness the forums are full of discussion on this subject. It appears there are a host of HP customers with this same experience. This was my third HP printer and the third time I had to spend hours on line or on the phone to get it working correctly. I probably have 24 hours or more time invested with HP IT trying to make this machine do what it should be able to do right out of the box and it still doesn't work correctly. If I was Best Buy I would take this product off my shelves.

Setup was easy, and everything has just worked as expected. It was nice to find an all in one that allowed me to remotely scan (my last one I could only scan if I was connected via USB).

This is a very nice printer if you don't want to spend lots of money. Does what I need it to do.

This is a professional quality printer and scanner which can be used in a home office. Note that a cord is required from the computer to the printer, rather than a wireless connection, either (i) if you don't have a router, or (ii) to scan to the computer.

I love it and everyone should get one. HP did it again!

Have reached frustration level. printing is good but I cannot do anything else with the printer- after reinstalling the software by disk, and online I have yet to find a way to scan from my computer. HP really messed up its driver stuff anymore - it always drags you to the internet.. I have been a loyal HP buyer for 13 years- not any more! if I could id return it -I would, but I've fought with this for 4 months already

I was extremely pleased with this purchase. This device is great at faxing, printing, and scanning-one device to do all I need! It was a bonus that I was able to purchase such a combo device for such a great price!

The HP - Officejet Pro 8610 is good but can be refined to be a little better.

Purchased this from Best Buy Does not work with Windows 10 Software would not load from the provided disc or download from HP website even the diagnostic utility from the HP website would not load returned to best buy for a refund

This is without a doubt the Best Printer you can Buy for this price period . Does everything it's designed to with speed and quality. I love that I can finally print from my phone.

In the past I have owned the HP Photosmart printers then when I bought this printer I was very disappointed. I print all types of documents but most of all I print a lot of pictures and the picture quality itself is enough to return it even though it's really good other than that.

I just purchased the printer today. So far, everything is working. It has been installed on both my wired desktop and my wireless laptop computers and so far it is working great. I love the readout on the front.

A great product to own. Love the fact I can be downstairs or in the garage and want to print something and I can without having to go upstairs to do it!

This is a great printer especially for the sale price of $99.00. It prints clearly in both black and color. It also scans well.
