went to best buy and talked with HP rep and best buy rep, they looked up all printer that worked with Voip and mine was the only one, alittle more than I wanted to spend, but it has been a great printer, love the wireless option and just how smart it is, tell HP when i need new ink even. love the touch screen which is really sensitive to any type of touch, have to be careful about covering the printer from dust, dont touch that window or it will start to print or whatever it lands on so far no problems at all. good buy with the ink program of course. if there wasnt the ink program, the ink would be too costly for me to buy

All functions perform well. Wireless feature is great. Considering the sale price, I couldn't ask for better performance at a better value. My single complaint is that in damp conditions, print paper tends to stick together.

I have always bought hp products I have had great luck with them so much That I bought one for my daughter this Christmas. They do all I need to do from fax to email scan or copies. Ink costs a much but the quality is great

Great all-in-one printer from HP. Very easy to setup. Replaced my old wireless HP Photosmart all-in-one for I needed a device that has an autofeeder. I'm giving it only 4 stars because it's a bit large. Otherwise, I would give it a 5-star rating for features, durability and price.

Great printer for in home office and school use. Purchase this printer for an in home office and my daughters school use. It was very easy to set up the wireless. And with the ink coming in the mail it makes life much easier.

I had a photo printer the last time and I think it was way to much than I really needed. This printer does all the jobs I need for the office and still prints photos nicely!

Great design and ease of use. I like the four cartridge technology and the way the cartridges go in and out. Extremely easy to set up.

I'm impressed for the features that are available with this model. The wireless and cloud printing are a breeze to setup. Once setup, I was able to print documents from computers and with my Android devices. Excellent value IMO.

Improved characteristics from the earlier models. Faster printing. Great color capabilities. Easy to set up and install. I have not tried all the functions as of yet. This replaced a J6480 Office Jet which I had had for 5 years.

This printer prints very good pictures but is a little slow processing the job before it actually prints. If I could give 4.5 stars I would because so far, that is the only issue I have had with this printer. I did recommend this printer to a friend who is in need of one.

I hesitated at first getting this printer not knowing if I was able to operate it, then after getting it was very easy to set up even with the mobile usage it is awesome as I can do this from any room of my home/office. Thank you

This may not be the best printer out there, but it is the best printer I have had for home use. The print is clear and the colors are excellent. Best part - it prints very soon after I put the order in. I am happy.

I have used the prior model of this printer for several years and it has worked flawlessly! When I saw this one on sale for 1/2 the price I paid for the earlier model I just couldn't pass it up. This printer does it all.

We absolutely love this printer. It's like one of those printers in a fancy office. We have it here in our home office and it is incredibly fast and just all around high tech. I have no regrets and am happy I made this purchase.

Printer was very easy to setup. Very fast print. I would have given it 5 stars except for the fact that on some documents the printing on the top of the page is partially chopped off, even after I ran the alignment tool. Other than that this is a very good printer for the money.

Had to replace a all in one fast and the next level up from what we had was on sale and with the bundle package it was a good deal so I made a fairly large purchased and got $30 in rewards dollars on the spot as a elite member.

I used this to replace a small photo printer because it used so much ink. This printer is good on ink. It is a little bulky for my small office but that is expected because it is an officejet printer built for heavy use.

This printer is being used by Wifi only and works well. A heavy printer user might want to consider another brand, I believe it is Epson, that has a huge black ink well. But you can't beat HP for just overall reliability.

A great buy for the price. Had issues early with sheet feed pulling more than one sheet on multiple page printing but has worked very well since. Offers a lot of features at a great price. A lot of printing is done wifi in our home and it is working well in that capacity.

This printer is an excellent business and home printer. It is an all in one printer. The printer presents a beautiful picture when you print. The only thing I wish it did is do double side from the feeder along with the glass.
