Price was right. Needed 2 new printers for work got 2 of them for under $250. That was less then what the print heads for the one I had was going to cost

The overall quality of this printer is good. I do like the ability to print from my iPhone, the internet as well as wirelessly from anywhere in my home---when this feature works. For some reason the printer loses the network connection frequently (even though it's in the next room) and needs to be turned off and then back on. This kind of defeats the purpose of having a wireless printer if you still have to be right next to it for it to operate as it should.

I have been seeking for a printer for my small business for sometimes now, and initially I wanted to get a laser printer, but then I came across this one, even though I got this at a discount (price match amazon is a wonderful thing), it has worked fairly well the only reason I gave it a 4 star instead of 5 , because I would rather have double-sided printing hard set on the printer. Other than that it has performed perfectly I highly recommend it.

We were able to hook up the printer with no challenges. We are happy with the quality of printouts. Sometimes our mobile devices don't find the printer

I had to find a new printer when I upgraded to Windows 10, as my old, and I mean ancient all-in-one printer had no drivers for Windows 10. Very satisfied with this printer's features, the energy star rating, the two-side printing, and the new printer ink buying program. A little bit bigger than my old printer, but has exceeded my expectations since I purchased it over 30 days ago. The Best Buy transaction was smooth, purchased on line, picked up in store the same day.
