I've done printing and scanning satisfactorily. Probably won't have need for the fax capability. I haven't had a chance to due large volume printing ( Christmas cards, etc.) yet. My only problem was when one of the ink cartridges popped out and there was a jam when the carriage moved. All okay now.

I had the previous model to this series 3 times already! I am really enjoying the 8610 thus far. No jamming, randomly going off line, or any other tech issues. I would have given the printer 5 stars but the printer is HUGE!!! But it works great!

This is a decent printer for a small office. It is reliable and will meet all of your printing/scanning needs.

The printer seems to give a good quality of print output and so far has not used much ink. I am still using the ink that came with the printer

This is my second one which I purchased for my office manager. Both perform great! I use the ePrint function for sending documents to my office when I travel. As an all in one printer, it keeps my clutter to a minimum since it does everything I need. My office manager replaced her all in one from another manufacturer because hers had network issues and leaked ink. She went with this one because she likes how little effort I have to put into maintaining mine.

I printed pics on regular paper and the were so real that I now have them in frames. I can print from the computer or my iPad just as easily.

I set it up so I can print wirelessly or via USB. So far it has performed very well without ant problem.

I love double sided printing. The time I had a problem, the diagnostics made it so easy to remedy the problem.
