Quick. Easy setup. Good Menu

Contacting HP was difficult but once communicating with them the technician was able to determine the print head was dead. He ordered a new one but they only shipped the return envelope. Contacting HP again they found the error and again shipped the print head. This time it arrived and upon being inserted it functioned perfectly. So far so good.The HP technicians were very helpful and considerate and a little embarrassed by the shipping snafu.

Nice printer but...
