I truly enjoy the hp smart app that allows me to send documents or photos remotely. If your thinking about buying this pro office set dont waste another minute. Get it. You wont be dissapointed!

An Awesome Christmas Present

It shoots text documents in an instant and barely slows down for photos. The printing speed really helps her as she uses the printer for both work and for herself. The cartridges is higher than regular cartridges but its totally worth it for she's barely scratched the surface.

Good phone TERRIBLE SERVICE

I have 5 lines on my verizon plan, very misinformed sales person had to come back and change plans, asked her three times if she was sure my plan wouldn't go up. it did. next time I"ll just go to the verizon store. better service. and informed.

Solid printer

I love that it's wireless and the cartridges seem to last a lot longer than previous inkjet printers I've owned in the past. I also like that it has more of a compact size.
