Help is difficult to get thru

Digital fax allows you to receive faxes electronically and send them to a computer folder as a PDF file saving paper and ink. HP is only company that offers this, so when we needed 2nd printer we got this one. It has worked flawlessly. Got BB price match from office superstore sale.

Not for heavy use

However, after using it to scan the contents of several binders (again, the primary purpose of this purchase), the saved product was showing 2 lines going from top to bottom on every page. I will be returning this printer/scanner and exchanging it for either the same in hopes this was a fluke, or choosing a more high powered scanner.

Great Printer!

However, this one was on sale and it had everything I needed and I also purchased the Insta-Ink program along with it and both together are EXCELLENT!!! I am so glad I don't have to pay upwards of $100.00 per month anymore just for ink!

Good quality printer.

My only problem with HP is that they put expiration dates on their ink cartridges and when they expire, the whole printer stops working, not just printing, but also the scanner and fax operations. HP should allow me the choice on whether or not I continue to print with "expired" ink.
