Works well and instructions are easy to follow. Print quality is very good.

Printer was a bit pricy for what it was but I was in a bit of a bind and needed it. I would shop around next time.

This all in one is the best printer I have ever purchased to meet a broad spectrum of requirements. Highly recommend it if you have personal as well as modest business needs. The wifi connection with the ability to print from my iPhone, iPad, iMac and my HP laptop are outstanding features.

so I have not had any trouble with it . It is faster than my old printer.

I had purchased an HP - Office jet Pro 8620 e-All-in-One Network-Ready Wireless All-In-One Printer and the Geek squad determined that it was malfunctioning and needed to be replaced. The customer service department made that a easy fix by instructing us to simply come out and pick up a replacement.

The printer works well. Connectivity with other electronics was easily accomplished. I like the product.

This HP 8620 is a really good printer for high volume home use. It uses 4 large ink cartridges that are basically ink tanks. They can be refilled easier than most other HP cartridges since they are hollow and you don't have to deal with that poor spongy internals to absorb the ink. Only issue is that sometimes it feeds 2-4 sheets of paper instead of just one.

Love the printer. Easy to set up and use. Will purchase another one.

Annoying I had to open starter cartridges to use. My machine this replaced had brand new cartridges. The printer would not accept the XL cartridges and insisted I install the starter cartridges. This machine also has the annoyance of disconnection everytime it goes to sleep.

I like that I can send things to my printer at home from anywhere

My Epson printer was very sporadic so I decided to replace it with this HP. Thus far I am extremely satisfied. The setup was quick and easy and the printer has worked flawlessly. My kids use it for their school projects and I use it for my home office. I also love the instant ink option!

Corporate did price match from competition. Went to East Hanover Store and Store Manager (Mike) refused to honor recycle promotion and re-rang up purchase without special ink promotion also. Corporate made the price corrections for the recycle promotion and I went to another Best Buy in Rockaway and Lisa added the ink promotion that should have been part of the original purchase. Will not do business with Best Buy in East Hanover ever again. Lisa in Rockaway was great. Excellent customer service from Lisa and Best Buy Corporate...they fixed 2 purchases and 2 promotions that East Hanover Store Manager (Mike) did not/could not/would not.....not sure what the problem was? He and Corporate had helped me with problems I had with major appliance purchases that had delivery and installation problems and damage a few months ago. He was very helpful then but not his best recently with a few transaction promotions and warranty issues. Thank goodness for Corporate and Best Buy Rockaway.
