Working great. Easy setup with my Mac. The color is not bad.

The combo of scanner, printer is what I was looking for and this one is the best I've had. I went through two new Cannon copiers, neither of which worked properly and both looked like new, yet never worked, but the low cost (~ 200 each) wasn't worth the hassle of returning etc.

Very easy set up. This printer worked exactly like it was said to.

Our printer needs are pretty basic, but we don't want have to keep loading paper, and we want our printing done quickly. The 8620 meets both those needs. Two sided printing is efficient. This is our second HP printer and we have been very satisfied with both.

Bought this as an upgrade from my HP 8530 all-in-one. Did not provide upgrade and still did not work on the newer AC wireless standard. Picture quality was not noticeably different but this printer seemed to be slower overall in print speed. Purchased on discount with computer purchase but ultimately had to return it and go back to my 8530.

A bit noisey and don't like the fact that can't unplug.

No complaints whatsoever with this purchase. Not only was I able to snag this for a great deal, but the features are outstanding. Once we get a home and get fax functionality I will be definitely utilizing the fax feature. But printing works just fine.

A printer that was made for me with a few minor exceptions. It only has one paper source so to switch between paper types (plain paper and photo paper) is problematic, but bearable. When printing it isn't as violent as the previous printer but that one was 5 yr old. Hopefully we'll get the same service out of this HP machine.

My other HP died on me and couldn't be repaired, I went online and this one was on sale. I made my purchase. It arrived on time of delivery date set. It was easy to set-up and it is working like a charm. Love my HP . I already told others about it.

Nice machine great that you can scan right to an email and don't have to download to computer. My only problem I called geek squad and after5hrs they could help then I called back 1 week later and the guy who I wish I had his name took care of it in 30 mins

Love my new printer. However, it took forever to download the software, get WEB services set up so that I could print wirelessly to the printer. I had to change the IP address and a lot of other things to get it to work. GREAT quality on scanning, printing and copying. I would buy this and recommend this product.

Great design, nice black color and paper print quality

I purchased the HP Officejet Pro 8620 due to my past experiences with HP printers. I previously owned a HP 5180 and used it for 4 years. It is still working today. This printer does everything I was looking for in a printer. I purchased it specifically because I can print from my Ipad using the WIFI connection.

I love almost everything about this printer except that you if one cartridge is empty, you cannot printer at all. Other than that, the other features are awesome. I bought this on sale and it was money well spent and an upgrade from the 8610 from a week before after I did a little more research.

I use legal size paper for work and when copying I have to reset the paper length every time I go to make copies. Also, the computer frequently "loses" the printer and/or the scanner. Not always both but one or the other, it's odd and annoying. The worst feature is that there is NO WARNING AT ALL when the printheads are going out and they have to be ordered fro HP, NO ONE carries them. They are really expensive and when you cannot be without a printer for days it isn't much more to just go buy a new printer- I'm sure that is by design but then I have to connect a new printer to several computers taking a lot of time. If it would give warning about the print head status it would get a much better review and I would recommend it. Unfortunately it seems to be the best available with needed features and am on about the 3rd one.

Having Macs, PCs, Androids and iOS devices using this bulky printer, it has performed with no problems. It offers all the necessary protocols to get your device printing. The scanning quality has been solid but the colors are a little muted. It's nothing simple editing can fix in your image editor.

Easy set-up and connection to existing wi-fi network. Great scanning, printing and copying speed and quality. So easy to scan to computer! I have always had good luck with HP printers and so far this has been another positive purchase.
