I purchase a HP printer a few years ago and the keypad stopped working within six months and I really did not want to ever purchase another Hp Printer but I decided to give HP another try after my Canon went out on me after purchasing two within a year. So far Hp has not disappointed!

I have a private office that I use when I am not in my office downtown so a high volume printer is not necessary. This does everything I need Scan Print Copy so I don't have to commute all the time

We have used this multifunction printer/scanner for quiet some time now. It has not given us any trouble and performed well in each task it has been utilized for to this time. We have been well pleased with it.

The printer is good everything works as stated. I don't like to leave the printer on all the time so I turn it off. Sometime that screws up the wireless and I would need to reconnect the printer again by either rebooting the router or my computer. The scan function to my computer (wireless) on the other hand worked the first day. After I turned it off and back on, it never worked since ?? I scan to flash drive if I need the files. Scanning via paper feeder require installation of the HP software and has to be use from the computer. You can use the flat bed if you don't want to install the software. I think it's a pain to scan multiple documents via the flat bed. All in all, its an okay printer, I had a coupon along with best buy gift card, that why I bought it.

Great printer with lots of features. Double sided printing and scanning on both legal and letter size paper is a nice convenience. Instant ink makes ink replacement a lot cheaper and never have to go to store for ink again.

Love that I can automatically print double-sided, can use the top paper feeder to make exact copies, and can print directly from my smartphone. Would have given 5 stars, but the main paper feeder can jam when making pamphlets, making it necessary to stand by the printer.

It's a little complicated, but prints beautifully once it is set up properly. The wifi set up is extremely easy. Figuring out the how the Apps work takes some patience. The printing process Is also simplistic.

Was working fine at first. All of a sudden, it stopped printing.

Have done a lot of printing initially and appreciate the large ink capacity. Touch screen is easy to use and being able to copy 2 sided documents is great.

This printer is a huge improvement over our old Epson printer that only did 1-side printing and was very basic. This printer puts that printer to shame with it's fast printing and great scanning features.

I have not found a flaw with it yet. it always works and never paper jams! I also love the new feature of air printing. This is the second one I bought. I loved the first one, so I bought one for the church office.

This is my 3rd HP All in one printer and each one has been an improvement over the last and yes this has features that are better than the last. HP is the only brand I will buy.

Have both a Brother and the old 8600. It was time to change one of them so I looked at cost for the ink and found that the HP was cheaper. So upgraded the HP for cost of ink alone. Liked the wifi connection also.

good quality printing but the e-connection is very weak

It works as it says it supposed to. Won't connect with a windows HTC phone though. It works better wired than wireless even with high speed internet and little to no interference. Great for home users who scan little to large amounts of paperwork at a time though.

It is really all in one. It works great. I took it to Nigeria and it works with 220v electricity. Will buy another one soon

I had used the previous model of this computer (8610) for almost two years when a print head malfunction occurred that could not be repaired. It was still warrantee, so for a very low price I was able to replace it with the newer model. It's working fine.

I purchased this product to replace a lower scale HP product. The printer was easy to set up and register with HP. The biggest plus is the convenience of purchasing the ink directly from HP.
