The paper tray level cannot be seen until completely pulled out and when added often pulls multiple sheets. The glass "top" position is left-handed. The viewing screen is difficult to navigate and get copy desired. The ink level is hidden

It's OK for the moment

I have to keep reinstalling the software to make,it work and it takes about 20 seconds before it starts printing. I had this type of problem with my laptop and Bluetooth. I had to keep reimstalling,the software for the Bluetooth. Once I got a,new laptop with the operating system already having Bluetooth capabilities, I never had that problem anymore.
