Frustrated with automatic feeder paper jams

I could not extract the document and returned to Best Buy where a member of the Geek Squad helped to extract it (but an important original tax document was damaged).

Mediocre quality

I have another printer HP 7520 and the quality of that one is far superior. I went into Best Buy to ask about it (showing them two copies from the two different printers and they said I'd have to bring in the copier and my computer - too much trouble. Also don't like the paper feed tray - too hard to load paper. And the stopper thing (to stop paper from flying out) is bent in and squishes the papers. All in all I am not impressed
