Disappointed with quality of HP 8620

Replacement HP printer head was over $125.00, which I could not justify for a replacement part... more economically to replace the printer.

Good printer. Scanner has to have direct connect.

However, scanner requires direct connect to laptop or jump drive. Have tried the on line trouble shoot w/o success. The workaround works. So still a good buy if you do not have heavy scanning needs.

It's a great COPIER but don't buy it if you want to use it to print photos. The quality of the photos is very poor. Love it for just copying though.

Doesn't work long after warranty
