Customers are saying
Customers consistently note the excellent print quality and ease of use of the Officejet Pro 8620. Many appreciate its wireless functionality and fast scanning capabilities, while some find the printer's size and paper tray design less convenient. The printer's noise level is also a point of concern for a few users. Overall, positive feedback on printing quality and ease of use outweighs the negative comments on size and noise.

also great for home printer
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I research between hp and Epson on YouTube, both great brand. I chose the hp 8620 because of the great price during a 4days sale it was so hard to pass by. And I wasn't disappointed with my decision. It was easy to setup and a lot of useful features, nice big screen easy to see with my older eyes. It prints beautifully in black and white and color. Very satisfied customer here. Thank you hp and bestbuy

Small-office or home? This is the one you want.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It's fast and produces great prints. If you configure the wireless, it can even print from iPhones, iPads, and Android devices. I recommend this printer all day.

best printer ever
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was looking for a new printer when mine of 5+ years quit, it was also a HP. It's super easy to install, with 2 sided scan, copy, print and fax, (2 sided on all 4) is the exact reason I purchased it. You can scan to computer, scan to network file, scan to email, send email to printer to print when you are away from the office and need something printed, or give the email address to friends, family, and co-workers. This will make the fax machine obsolete ....and I can also print from my Samsung tablet and phone,-- and a lot-lot more features that I can't mention here. It is so worth the price, I would have paid double to get something like this and so glad I didn't have to! It is so perfect for the home office! With the new Ink Program you can have Ink shipped to when you need it at half the price. It can even go online and download updates which it already has. If you think it's a little pricey, just wait till you see all the feature it has and I am sure you will agree with me!

Good (but not great) Printer
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. We did quite a bit of research (and reading of others' reviews) before buying this printer. Our last HP printer lasted over 15 years, though, so we felt pretty secure in getting this one. We also joined the HP Instant Ink club when we got the new printer. Frankly, HP is still working some of the bugs out on this printer, particularly on its accepting sizes of paper other than the letter-size (default) setting. It kept rejecting my selections, yet counting rejects as printed pages toward our monthly Instant Ink 100-page allotment; maddening. I also don't like the fact that, with the ink club, 4"x6" prints are counted as full printed pages, the same as 8.5" x 11"s. A 4"x6" is only using about 1/4 of the surface area of the letter-sized pages, so this was not pleasing to learn, after-the-fact, and in my opinion should not be the case. I will say that the customer support is excellent (as far as response time goes); sometimes, however, their answers are not what you want to hear (particularly regarding rejection of the smaller-sized prints as "not recognized," and their justifying the counting of rejected print commands as part of one's monthly ink club allotment). In the trouble-shooting section of the support literature, HP even admits they are not sure why the smaller sizes are sometimes rejected, then instructs the person doing the printing to "Keep trying, it might eventually take your request"). The Bluetooth aspect of the printer (printing wirelessly from a laptop or one's phone) is working well so far, so that is a "plus." We have recently realized the HP photo paper definitely works best, although we were using Kodak before, so that should have worked, too. After all, wasn't Eastman-Kodak originally the "big name" in photo products? All-in-all, we're pretty happy with our new printer, although not quite jumping for joy or turning somersaults. But "pretty happy" is way better than something further down the satisfaction scale, so we'll go ahead and recommend it (with some reservations). Cheers!

Great Printer1
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Works great, prints fast, i use it for my business and so far it has done a great job, the wifi feature helps a lot to print using my iPad or iPhone, one thing i don't like is how hard it is to set it up on my iMac, not sure if it's just me but for the best result i connected it via USB, but still can use the wireless for my other devices.

Very Nice Printer,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I would give this HP printer 5 Stars , however , When I opened mine up I found that the cable going from the computer , to the printer was missing . I had to use my old printers cord , rather than make the call to BB and wait for it to get resolved. Anyways,,,,,The set up was relatively simple , and took about 20 min in all . Came with a great ink offer from HP too ( Use code HOLIDAY15 for 6 months free ) This HP printer is stylish , and seems very well built ( Not cheaply). I would definitely recommend this printer to anyone & everyone

Excellent (but not perfect) printer for the money
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have now used this printer for 6 months with only one minor glitch (see below). Usage has been mostly for home office black and white documents with occasional color document printing. Fast and crisp printing. Does a good job of printing on both sides of a sheet when needed. Have not used it for color photos. Scan function is easy to use and produces very good results. Getting this printer wirelessly connected to the office network was very easy. Also easy to wirelessly connect it to iPhones and tablets. Software does a good job of tracking remaining ink levels. There was one small annoyance. I had to do some web searching to figure out how to tweak the settings to get multi page documents to end up in the tray with the first page on top. Judging from the amount of material on that topic on the web, other people have had the same experience. It can be solved, but you may have to search unless HP has fixed the print order setting.

Great Printer
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This Printer is the best i have owned many printers in the past including HP's but none of them have ever been as amazing as this one all of them have had paper jams but this one rarely gets one, This Printer also is super fast and has advanced features with the HP Apps, I especially like the 2 sided printing duplexer it makes life much easier with printing and faxing. Overall this printer is a very good one, I really like it.

Excellent Printer/Scanner For A4 Paper Size
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I got the printer a while ago since it had auto scanner feeder with 2 side scanning capability and it works excellent but with only one down side, it can't do 2 Side scanning for smaller papers and even if you put them horizontally in the feeder it will either tear them apart or wont able to scan the second side and jam most of the time, other than that its a perfect printer, so if you planning to use it for A4 paper size it's a great choice, but if you going to use it for A5 or thin papers(like reciepts and etc) it's an awful choice.

Great printer
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I got this printer cyber Monday for a little over 100. Very good printer does everything. I currently use this in my office at work. Only con is sometimes it pulls to much paper in and prints on two sheets at once. Otherwise great printer

Great printer
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Easy to setup, wireless printing from laptop, IPads and IPhones works flawlessly, haven't printed pictures yet but general doc quality printing is good. Only complaints would be the lack of clear setup instructions (figured it out but instructions could have been clearer) and the HP ink program which is very confusing whether it is actually a good deal or not (we chose not to participate).

Superb
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Excellent printer, Easy setup, fast, uses less ink than my previous AIO HP, which died last month. That printer would make the pages literally wet with ink...this one, used just enough to do the job and do it well Found this one on sale at BB and you can't beat just over $100 for a printer with these capabilities and the speed with which it prints. It is large; however, handles everything I've thrown at it so far. Love the duplex printing! Photos aren't as good as a dedicated photo printer; however, they are good enough for those times I need to print them. Wireless setup was a breeze...both my PC lappie and my Apple ecosystem (MacBook, iPhone, iMac, etc# found it with no hassle and both installed the drivers and software automatically. Ink set is pricey; however, with the way this used ink #quite lightly, indeed!), I'm certain I won't be replacing them much at all.
