this printer is the best, its gotten me out of stress all the time.

This printer has simplified my business and my time deadlines.

I would NOT purchase this printer again. Aside from the fact that it has no feeder for special paper, so I have to open it each time I need to switch things out, it also has a habit of printing the entire envelope printed in black ink as opposed to just the text. Not only is it a waste of stationary, but it is also a waste of ink. Upon reading about the printer, I was led to believe there was a feeder tray for special paper used and was extremely dismayed to find this was not the case. If you are doing any sort of business that requires multiple stationaries/corms to be used or envelope printing, I would steer clear of this unit. Very frustrating. A good printer for everyday, but could get one much cheaper to do the same thing. For business, I would recommend another printer.

We purchased this All-in-One printer for a new employee who will be working from his home. It is not too big or bulky, so it's perfect for a small home office. Setup was easy. It has been a great investment so far!

Excellent machine for the home office with great features! Scanning is great and to almost the same level as your $3K office machines when taking into consideration total time to your machine. So much faster then lower end machines. Two sided features, NFC ability, printing speed, and remote abilities, it is well worth paying more for this quality of a machine. Do not cheat yourself with a lower end, you will be pleased that you spent the extra $100!

TOO BIG ~!! otherwise very nice .. lots of nice features but its just TOOOOOOO BIG.

Printer works great but Wi-Fi is really weak and disconnects all the time

IF YOU ARE RUNNING ON WINDOWS 8.1 THIS PRINTER WILL NOT FUNCTION PROPERLY. HP CLAIMS IT WILL BUT I HAVE HAD REPEATED AND NUMEROUS PROBLEMS DUE TO RUNNING WINDOWS 8.1 MS WORD WILL NOT PRINT DOUBLE SIDED. CAN'T SEND WEB PAGES TO PRINT DIRECT TO PRINTER. NEED TO SAVE TO PDF THEN PRINT - ARGHHHH ALSO GETTING THE PRINTER INSTALLED AND STAYING CONNECTED TO MY PC IS A NIGHTMARE. UNLESS YOU WANT TO HAVE TO SPEND HOURS ON THE PHONE WITH HP TECHS AS THEY REMOTELY CONTROL AND FIDDLE WITH YOUR COMPUTER TO GET THE PRINTER CONNECT (AND ULTIMATELY NOT WORKING AT FULL CAPACITY) THEN BY ALL MEANS BUY THIS PRINTER. I'M PRETTY TECH SAVVY AND THIS PRINTER IS DEFINITELY NOT AN EASY INSTALL. HELL HP EXPECTS YOU TO ACCESS YOUR WIRELESS ROUTER AND FIDDLE WITH SETTING THE WIRELESS CHANNEL TO 11 INSTEAD OF AUTO TO TRY AND GET THEIR PRINTER AND SCANNER TO CONNECT TO YOUR PC. WTF, WTF, WTF WHY DON'T THEY LEARN HOW TO WRITE A DRIVER TO MAKE THEIR HARDWARE WORK W/O ALL THIS TECH KNOWLEDGE OR HOURS BEIN ON THE PHONE WITH THEM.

HP finally caught on that ink cost matters to the user. This is a very reliable multi-function office machine and can hold its own with moderately heavy use.

She really likes it. Love the ability to print both sides and legal size paper also. Only wish it could scan book pages legal size.

This printer is a great printer for home and office use. It is capable of all needs and wants from a reasonable printer.

As always, hp printers are the best. Excellent quality and workmanship. Does everything that you will ever need.

I use it primarily to print right from my phone using the eprint app. Works great as a wireless printer.

I bought two defective printers in two days. I have previously purchased two other HP printers with no problems. This model of printer made obvious horizontal lines in business presentation photos. After using the self cleaning and realigning the print heads with support, support determined that the print heads had to be replaced and that it would take five days for the new print heads to arrive. After purchasing two sets of ink cartridges to go with these printers, I am very angry with these low quality, made in China printers. The HP Rep said that this model was the best printer that HP had in Best Buy. I'm sure that it is. I think that this printer may be alright for documents only, but why buy a printer that can't print photos on Kodak photo paper. I would avoid this model like the plague, due to it's obvious lack of quality control and substandard parts, until these problems are solved.

I've had this printer for two weeks. this printer has more stuff than most printers. makes your life very convenient. i had the hp 7612 but was too big. excellent printer by the way. this one is just right when it comes to size. it prints fast and very quietly. very economical using ink which saves you money in the long run. can't go wrong with this buy.

Very high yield on ink and high quality. It's been great so far and I'd recommend it to anyone!

I absolutely love this printer. The only thing that this doesn't have that I would like is eFax. But nonetheless, amazing.

Best printer I've ever own. I still have it (March, 2021) with no issues. I've used it for photos and all source of printing in a home environment. Is a network printer and yes is an HP so yes the ink is expensive. Always buy original ink.

My first 8620 was crushing the papers and jamming the paper in the the ink bay. Took it back and just set up the second one today. So far so good. Could get to five stars, don't know yet. And, there's a great video on youtube for setting up and connecting this computer. Check it out if your having difficulties.
