This printer has been pretty easy to figure out for a non electrical savvy person. Only problem I've had so far is a paper feed problem but other than that everything has been working great.

HP Officejet Pro printers are terrific. You save paper, storage space, and money with duplex printing. You also can copy, scan, and fax.

Faster, good quality, and very affordable. Also compatible with my iPhone and iPad making easy to use it without the need of a computer.

I am very pleased with my purchase! Fast printing,crisp colors, quick & easy set up on Mac! The amount of paper it holds is awesome! My only complaint is the cost of replacement ink.

I reviewed many All-In-One units online. Then I did an in-store investigation of all available All-In-One units. Then I compared my findings with available laser printers. The outcome of my investigation was that the HP Office Jet Pro 8620 best satisfied my home office needs. Also, BestBuy offered the best price and I believe BestBuy still has the best price on this produce. I've owned and used the 8620 now for a couple of months and I would make the same decision. It's a great unit and I'm very pleased.

I love my printer so far! The quality is Great! the functions are great! i can control it from my phone and lap top! i can send print jobs from the office! or when I'm far away - i love it so far. I've printed a few pictures nothing major. Based on that, the quality seems good. I recommend this printer to everyone! You will not be disappointed.

My previous printer was one of the cheap ones and functioned for the little that I was doing at the time, but I started college and a work from home job and needed to step up. This printer is awesome! It has its own email address, so I can print from any device that I can send email from. It faxes, it scans, it emails, it copies and it does a beautiful and professional looking printing job. And it was on sale!!!! The document feeder works (something el cheapo had problems with). I am very happy I purchased this.

My older printer did not work well with our Apple computer, then the printer conked out. This printer does all we require of it. Our only comments are it is noises and is quite large

Our old printer died. It had served us well for many years. We have always had HP printers, so we were checking them online. The 8630 seemed to get high scores from most people so we went to our local BB to check it out. It's a little larger than our previous printer but does an excellent job with documents and photos. My wife likes to make custom greeting cards for family and friends. The printer does a first class job. We have had the printer for 1 month and have used it quite heavily with no problems.

I have been using HP printers and repairing HP laserjets at my job for at least 20 yrs. When our home HP Photo Smart inkjet gave out, I reviewed several makes and models before going back with the HP Officejet Pro 8620 for my home use. Got a pretty good Best Buy deal with the rebate for this much of a printer. Of course, trying to set up the provided drivers on Windows 10 wasn't quite as easy as stated. Drivers installed 1st try on Windows 8.1 for my wife's laptop, and also worked great for our Samsung Note 3 & 4 phones. I really like that this printer has the large ink cartridges. Even though they cost more, won't need to be replaced nearly as often when using the XLs. I am also impressed with how long the original cartridges that came with the printer are lasting. I have always known HP to ship printers with the economy cartridges, which last for about 2 days; then need replacing. Had this for over a month and the blk has 1/4 and other 3 colors are still at 3/4. I would rate the mechanics of the printer a 5, but drivers a 3 on Windows 10. I am wondering what is going to happen once updates come OUT!!!

This 4 in 1 is excellent, very easy to use. Setup only took 5 minutes printing, faxing, scanning very fast. $199.00 well spent
