This is a really a good quality printer and my first wireless although not my first hp printer. I was very happy with my previous 4000 series hp but it was time for an upgrade. This model has a paper feed drawer which I like and an adjustable display for standing or sitting while using it. Printing is fast compared to my old one. Ink cartridges are easy to install. All in all I'm very happy with this printer and the result it produces.

This printer replaced a three year old printer from another manufacturer. What a leap forward! Excellent software and drivers. Print images process MUCH faster and the printer itself is fast. The addition of AirPrint was a must-have. I'm also going to love it when the printer orders its own replacement cartridges automatically when the ink runs low.

We couldn't be happier with this printer. It is the first time that we have owned an officejet printer; usually bought a photosmart. This printer is very efficient and has a quick response to tasks. It is so easy to operate. The photos are also high quality. They say it is easy on ink but we haven't had it long enough to judge that statement. However, we couldn't be happier that we made the switch to officejet; wouldn't own anything else now.

Easy to set-up, connected to my Lan system on the first try, and has printed documents without problems.

I love this printer! It was easy to connect to my home wifi. I have also downloaded the app to my mobile device and was able to print documents and more importantly pictures. I also signed up of the automatic ink refill program....what a great idea! The price was very reasonable as well. The only downside is the size. It is a bit large, Luckily I have a home office and was able to place the printer in the spot were my old printer resided.

I needed an all-in-one printer that can scan legal size documents on the glass, not just the document feeder and this fit the bill. It was easy to set up and use. The only downside is that I can't seem to download a driver for my older MacBook Pro, so I need to do more research on this.

A great machine for a small/home office or for the "prosumer" like myself. Very easy to set up and very easy to use, it's pretty much plug and play right out of the box. Only drawback (if it has to have one) would be it's size.. it is a pretty substantial machine. I believe it's size however lends to its ease of use and uncomplicated functionality. Copies, scans, and faxes are fast and easy with the upper automatic document feeder while the flatbed scanner handles more delicate things like photos and larger or odd shaped/sized documents. Functions as a stand alone color & black and white copier and fax machine as well as pairing with your PC for digital paperless fax's and fax storage. Prints documents from anywhere you have access to your Email with the free HPeprint service. Prints from your smart phone or tablet with minimal effort. Wireless printing means all you need to do is plug it into any electrical socket within range of your WiFi router giving you plenty of flexibility when it comes to finding a location to accommodate it's larger size. Optional high capacity ink cartridges mean it can handle high volume printing with ease as well as lower your "per sheet" print costs. I really can't say enough good things about the 8620! If you're in the market for a small office type high end all-in-one machine make sure you add this one to your short list and check it out for yourself. FYI.. If you need a machine with more paper capacity, the 8630 is the same machine with a second 250 sheet (an optional add-on for the 8620) paper tray already factory installed for a total capacity of 500 sheets.

Needed a new printer for my home office. This was a good selection. Very easy wieless set up. Clean printing and copying. However, it is slow.

I'm replacing my 5yr old 8500A which still works with this and trust me I made the right choice!

Love all the features that this printer has. And easy to set up. Great printer for the money.

When buying printers, it's tempting to skimp and get the cheapest, since they tend to have limited lifespans. I finally 'splurged' and went a bit upscale (without breaking the bank) and got this model. So glad I did. Prints 10x faster. Fewer jams. Better quality. Like it so much I've bought one for 2nd home and a third for my husband's home office. Also - enroll in the HP ink plan: huge savings and so much easier!

Overall I am very satisfied with this printer. It prints a lot faster than my HP 8500 and the ink last a whole lot longer. The 2-sided prints are great because it takes a lot less time for the ink to dry in order to print on the other side.

I need a high quality, reliable but reasonably priced all-in-one printer. The HP Officejet Pro 8620 e-All-in-One Printer fit the bill perfectly. I've had it now for quite awhile and have had no problems. It's solid and very economical to use.

I was able to set this printer up independently, which is important to me that I can trouble shoot and problem solve without having to ask my husband or daughters to help. It prints beautifully, gives me a report when I fax as to whether it went through, scans and overall a great product for my home office needs. I highly recommend this.

Printer was easy to set up and does a good job printing. I am having some connectivity issues when I want to scan. Still working on that.
