HP has never let me down. I love this brand. My last printer broke down unexpectedly and luckily I purchased a 4 yr warranty. It was at 3 1/2 years. I was not only able to get this printer (the same model type as the old one) it was cheaper ($15 credit) and I was able to use the same HP #950 ink. Thanks Best Buy. Thanks HP.

The only downside is that it's a bit bulky, however everything else is good. it's fast, prints well, and I'm very pleased with my purchase

The HP 8620 all-in-one has proven to be a very good printer. It scans a prints well. The copy function is very good and allows 2-sided copying. It has some trouble pulling heavier photo paper from the tray, but a slight upward bend to the edge of the paper has solved that. The WiFi aspect is very helpful. I also like the fact that it gets its firmware updates directly on the web, and prompts to download and install them.

The printer was easy to set up and use. Great print quality. Scan feature is easy to use.

Prints great, holds a large amount of paper, nice to be able to print for cell phone. The only thing see is that it somewhat noisey.

This is our 3rd HP combo printer and the best yet. Nothing like being able to print from ANY wifi device. Printer is quiet, efficient, and fairly economical to operate. Highly suggest to anyone wanting a turn-key web and wifi capable printer 10 minutes out of the box.

The 8620 is a great addition to our home network. The children can easily print school documents directly from their Apple or PC laptops with no flash drives or direct connection. The online apps are a nice addition for industry and motivational content delivered without intervention. Set up was easy, but initial installation of the print cartridges is a little tricky. Overall an excellent selection.

Easy to hook up and go. So far so good, and is very fast especially in black and white

i use my printer at home, printing all sorts of things from simple B/W faxes to photos. My old HP L7590 finally got to the point where keeping it running was more expensive than replacing it. I chose the 8620 because it has all the features I need at a reasonable price from a vendor I trust. I'm very happy with the choice. It's better than the unit I replaced and TCO is reduced. Happy customer!

This printer is very nice for home use. Easy to setup and wireless printing is awesome. Only downside is ink can be expensive.

About the 4th HP printer I've owned. Use them at home and work. Love their reliability. Economically priced. Easy to use. Dependable. Ink Cartridge costs reasonable.

This is my 4th HP Officejet Pro, used in different locations. I have tried other brands, and they just don't compare. This printer is stingy on ink, scans quickly, and has a great document feeder. Setup for wireless is quick and I can print from my smartphone. The quality of color photo printing is excellent.

So far it works great. Had previous 8500 version prior. This one was very easy to set up and share on network. Have not used webbased features yet. Ink cost is comparable or less than previous models. We print well over 500 pg per month so we need performance and cost considerations. Earlier model worked great for over 4 yrs so time will tell but expect this to be a great value for cost.

This is the third HP-Officejet Pro that I have purchased. It works great for at home use since I am a teacher and in school. It is also a handy printer for my mother to use in her church office. I also purchased the 8620 for my mother's home office. It's very durable and works well. The fax machine is very convenient. The fact that it's Wifi makes it perfect for all of my wireless devices.

I was looking to find a replacement for my OfficeJet 7400 that just dies after about 10 years of service. After a moderate amount of research I settled on the OfficeJet Pro 8620. This printer is so much faster than my last one, the LCD screen is very nice, setup was very easy, scanning is great, warmup is fast, etc. I have nothing bad to say about it. It's a great value for the money spent.
