Customers are saying

Customers consistently note the excellent print quality and ease of use of the Officejet Pro 8620. Many appreciate its wireless functionality and fast scanning capabilities, while some find the printer's size and paper tray design less convenient. The printer's noise level is also a point of concern for a few users. Overall, positive feedback on printing quality and ease of use outweighs the negative comments on size and noise.

Purchased 1 month ago. So far, OK. At $100 less than any other vendor in the area it was a great price! Ordered online and picked up at store an hour later. The unit is quiet, printing is faster than the HP unit it replaced and the new ink replacement program feature might work well for my needs. Not a "5" as scans from the ADF again are not always square and it seems that the preview window for scans is not available in full screen mode.

Printer is big and bulky but printing is high quality. I have a large work space so size isn't a problem

I already owned a HP OfficeJet 7610, it's my primary photo printer with it's ability to print up to A3 size pictures. I wanted another printer primarily for printing documents with more efficiency, the HP OfficeJet Pro 8620 filled the bill. I didn't want to spend too much, because I eventually want to upgrade to a LaserJet for this task.

I own a few hp products and I've never been let down, not once. I had an older model all in one by HP and only bought this one because a hinge broke. Like my old one I love it, The features and advance technology make this all in one well worth the money and the option of emailing documents to the printer really comes in handy, great job HP.

Had not purchased an HP unit in years, but glad I did. Wonderfully easy network setup, quick clear printing and scanning and a good looking (although a little large) machine. Tons of useful features and simple to use either at the machine or from one the networked pcs.

Big touch screen, easy online setup for wireless printing, and physical appearance is studly! Prints pictures at a good speed and quality is nice. Ask the sales associate to price match this printer on his I-Pad and you will most likely get a better deal as Best Buy price matches! TRUST ME, pick this bad boy up...you WON'T be disappointed!

My last HP Printer died after ten years of use. Wanted same function but more ease of operation. Read several reviews on line and decided this was the one for our household. It wasn't the wrong decision.Set up was simple in a matter of minutes. Operation of the printer is so easy it almost is like it does what you want by itself.

Print quality is excellent. Speed is the best I've had in a printer. The paper feed tray is very easy to handle. My only negative is that misfeeds occur more often than I want in a printer - especially with envelopes. As many as five in a list of 25 envelope addresses were skipped, two or three envelopes were pulled at once, and several were pulled at an angle. I'll be careful with envelopes, but overall I really like this printer.

My HP 6280 only lasted 15 years and worked flawlessly until the morning that it died. It rode in an RV for 3 years and never had a problem. The ink was expensive, but all ink is expensive. This 8620 is faster, more precise and has a document feed with 2 sided capabilities in all formats. It was on sale which made it even better.

I had one similar to this one that lasted for about 5 years. No issues until one of the toner feeder lines got clogged and it was going to cost me more than a new one. I read up on all all-in-ones in my price range and selected the HP 8620. It does a great job. No issues so far (about 4 months). It does everything I need it to do.

*My* Wife uses a printer, such as the one purchased, fairly often while *I* use it very *rarely*. It is supposed to be available through a WiFi connection but the Dell which was replaced required Rebooting and reconnecting *each* time it was accessed for a single print job. The HP that was purchased *appears* to work with *each* and *every* such print job, so the purchase was a tremendous *success*, at least so far.
