I got this printer for my home office and it works great. I haven't printed and pictures yet but prints color and B&W great! I also like the top scanning feature scanned a lot quicker then my old HP printer.

Have only had HP printers for the last 30 years. It took 2 tries to get one that did not have an issue with cartridge carrier - very frustrating! After getting a good one - it was a breeze setting up and getting started. Best Buy was great to deal with during this process!

Love my printer! It works w color and black! It scans, prints, has all the extra options My other printers were a nightmare and this HP Printer makes me smile! Great updated version! So glad I purchased it.

I got this one as a replacement for a printer that had developed a problem. It was easy to setup and the print looks great. I would recommend the service plan. as if something does go wrong it is worth the price.

I really love my HP - Officejet Pro 8620 e-All-in-One Wireless All-In-One Printer - Black, its the best printer I've owned. I love the fact that I dont need a router for wireless printing because it uses its own.

I've had great luck with HP printers, going all the way back to a DeskJet 540 twenty years ago, and the OfficeJet 8620 continues the traditiona of excellence. I'm really impressed by the photo quality printing, and versatile paper handling including two-sided printing and scanning. Also looking forward to the convenience of HP's Instant Ink feature. Even better, I bought last week from Best Buy for a net price of $125: $175 discount for $300 list, minus $50 for recycling a 15-year-old printer that was gathering dust in the basement. Outstanding buy on a top quality printer!

The HP MFD I purchased was larger than I expected, but stylish and easy to set up. The wireless features and the ability to print from anywhere on any mobile device is a cool feature. The copy/printing is of excellent quality and the replacement toner service takes the hassle out of remembering to purchase toner.

This printer offers a lot of features and can be overwhelming to set up. If you like what it has to offer, on sale, a great printer for the price. It is as large as the box, so be sure you have the space!

This all-in-one unit was super easy to set up to my home WiFi network! The quality of printing is great and I'll be interested to see what these small cartridges provide as far as output. Love it so far!

I purchased this particular printer for wireless and the all-in-one features and it works great with Windows, Mac and cell phone, so I couldn't be happier!

Scans & sends documents to printer from phone/iPads etc. wonderful!! Print is very good with black or color. Prints both sides of paper which really saves on paper. Doesn't bleed through either. Most of all I love the new monthly ink plan. Saves you lots of money.

This has everything a working professional will need: prints, scans, and fax. Not to mention that it's wireless and can very easily print from all of your smart phones and tablets. Very happy so far.

I love my new printer. It is the best home printer I've ever had. It never jams and is so fast! I am so glad I got it rather than others I was considering. The faxing from it is excellent too.

I purchased the top of the line Best all in one printer Best Buy had available and I am very impressed with how fast this HP scans without jamming--it's set-up and wireless connection is also Great,

It was easy to setup and so far the printing has been good. We have printer picture and they came out good as well. the network printing is nice to have. the only issue is that every now and then the printer pulls two sheets of paper through at one time.

The install was easy and the printer works great. I like the speed and quality. I would recommend to others looking to step up from cheap printers to one reasonably priced with better quality.

Ease of use combined with superior printing make this a nearly perfect home use multi-function device. Couple it with HP's ink program, and voila!
