I bought this to replace an OfficeJet Pro 8600 Plus that died after less than 4000 pages. I chose this model partially because it uses the same numbered cartridges, and I had 3 full, and a 4th nearly-full cartridge. I found that this was not the case. The cartridges registered as incompatible because they were an older edition of the 950/951 series. Ultimately they sent me a set of replacement cartridges. I also presumed that it would readily connect to my wired network. The copy, fax and printer functions connected without a hitch, but the scanner was another story. When I finally was able to reach HP support, it took them almost 4 hours remotely-connected to resolve the issues and get my 3 primary networked computers to scan. I will give them credit for staying with it until the issues were resolved.

I have been slowly replacing several home office with the HP Officejet 8620. It is easy to setup and I like the ability to print from iPhone/iPad using Airprint. Good printer.

NFC & Wi-fi functions are on point! Fantastic with OneNote Pdf's I generate from my iPhone and 2-sided printing is fast! Quality of print is superior for this grade of printer.

I bought the comparable HPOfficeJet Pro model 6 years ago. When I decided I needed a new printer, I knew I would get the current model and do not regret it. It is so easy to use.

After about two months this printer has proven to be a great printer. It has worked without any issues up to this point. I like the fast print speed and after setting up the HP mobile app I can print from anywhere directly from my phone.

I have had this printer for about one month. I have had absolutely no problems with it. The quality of print is fantastic, the printer is quiet as it prints, and it works with all my devices. When I needed a document from my phone printed in a hurry, it worked just as I needed it to. It's only been a month, but after reading a lot of reviews on other printers, I have to say that the reviews of this printer (probably 99% positive reviews) were spot on and I would recommend this printer for the home to anyone.

I bought this because I needed a new printer and to replace my multi-sheet feeder scanner that stopped working. The printer is quick, color is good, and it was easy to set up. The scanner does a good job when you put a single sheet on the tray. However when you scan multiple sheets through the feeder the first sheet goes in smoothly. From there its hit or miss whether you're going to have to rescan the others or not. If you buy this for the scanner get good software that can move, straighten, and delete pages in your file.

Having used one of these for a year in my office, It was only logical to get one for the home office. No problems or issues so far and prints professional papers and forms great.

I purchased this as a stand-alone copier for my elderly father. It's easy for him to use and he wanted something that he could copy legal size paper. This works perfect for him.

I found the basic assembly instructions very easy to implement. The color print quality is excellent. Photos came out great, also.

So far since I have had it, it has worked flawlessly. Also easy to put together and hook up. In my opinion very user friendly.

I couldn't believe how easy it was to install the printer - it practically did it itself! No more calling tech support for help. Better yet, it's jam proof. A pleasure to use.

This review is based on a month's usage. I'm a private homeowner and NOT a business... So far the printing, scanning, etc has been wonderful. I'm very happy I upgraded!!! That being said, I can't speak for the longevity of the ink cartridges. It seems like the ink is being consumed MUCH more quickly than expected. I'll only be able to honestly comment after a year or so of ownership -- but for now I'm cautious. I've consumed 1/2 of the color cartridges in about a month. That's terrible. Per page, these normal (not xl) cartridges should last me a year. Only time will tell! Otherwise, this is the best printer I've ever used!

great features for a home use printer. able to print both sides, larger paper capacity, wireless ability, is outstanding.

The smartest buy I've made at Best Buy this year. It's everything I want in a printer, and the price was excellent . Harry the HP rep was very knowledgeable about the printer and he was all about me saving a few bucks. Thanks Harry.

Being a professional real estate agent, I have to have a printer that provides extra crisp printing quality along with vivid color reproduction for my MSL Listings and sharing those listings. This HP Office Jet Pro 8620 has it all. Perfect printing, vivid colors, fast & the best part for being an ink jet printer is it uses very little ink. Way better and I mean way better than any previous ink jet printer I have ever owned. From Faxing to scanning it is simple and the touch screen is awesome.

I purchased this printer when it wa $100 and for that price it was a steal. Easy setup and the best part is it uses 3 separate color cartridges ,not one for all colors.

This is a great all in one machine, a real work horse in our work environment for a great price. We use these at all of our satellite offices and have had great success.

We bought this one to replace a Canon printer that had just died after only a year of use. We found out very easy to set up and start using from both the main computer and laptop, as well as both smartphones. It prints and scans very well for what we use it for. We have not received Faxs on it yet, but have had no problem sending them. We also subscribed to the ink replacement service, but the ink it came with has lasted so long we haven't needed to use it yet. So far we are very happy with this printer.
