Really good printer, particularly easy to set up. First time to use a wi-fi printer and the whole family is satisfied. Also, Best Buy ran a great sale.

If you have a home office or run a small business. Must have. Great scanning speed, printing is very fast and HP INK is a great program.

Very good all in one printer, scanner and fax. We definitely appreciate the wifi capability that allows us to print from any device anywhere in the house.

It's been a while since i purchased a printer (my last one was a Lexmark). I've had it for a couple of months and, so far, it has operated flawlessly.

I am finding great print quality once I got it set up. Had a few quirks staying connected with my router. Seems to be working pretty well right now.

Great quality print and photos. High quality printer. High fast speed printing. Easy to read the instructions. The machine is a little big and heavy for a small office where space is limited . The ink is very very expenceive and hard to get sometimes. This printing machine is fairly quiet while printing.

It was easy to install, easy to use, and it works AMAZINGLY! I love the printer! I use it mainly for documents and such (no pictures though). LOVE IT!

I'm not afraid of complicated setups and I've had problems with HP's in the past not being the easiest thing in the world to use all the features but this printer really changed my expectations setup was a breeze scan to computer works flawlessly and the print quality is pretty good for the cost. This serves multiple people in my household and I've not had any problems as of yet.

I had to replace my Hp 8500, the HP 8620 is so much faster and better. The display is easier as it has bigger apps. I hope this lasts for a long time.

I needed a fast efficient scanner but the only thing i found was over 300! I have scanned over 100 pages in like 10 minues... 100% recommended
