An improvement over the 8500 which it is replacing

When it came time to replace the printheads again, it was more cost effective to get a new printer. The 8620 (which has legal size glass bed) was on a great sale. Easy set up. The document feeder works smoothly and the 2 sided scanning, copying, and printing has worked well. I use the Mac Preview for scanning software instead of the supplied HP software as it works smoothly

Great all in one for a small office

Prints and faxes fine

Very nice all around home multi function printer

Only thing this is lacking is a specialty stock feed that would be nice for one off applications like to feed letter head

Valuable, Not the fastest, but gets the job done.
