The 8620 seems a bit larger than what it replaced and a bit blocky. I was impressed with the improved scanning speed which was much much faster than the 8600. Only drawback was that it seems to hesitate sometimes when its in the middle or printing which I have not experienced with other printers or the 8600 but that was not a showstopper.

Love this Printer

Also will print both sides of what you have to copy without flipping over your document to be printed. The one thing I really love is when you scan multiable documents to your computer, it does it really fast and very clear and just the best thing I got in ageist.

Printer has issues right out the box...

My only issue is that after a couple days of use it started getting an error message at least twice a day which requires me to restart the printer. It is very frustrating to have this problem after spending $200 on what I thought was going to be a quality product...not to mention this issue occured days after installation. If tech support can't fix this issue I will be returning the printer.
