This printer connects easily to everything, it's fast, the ink lasts, it prints double sided, I could go on and on. It is reliable.

I am not as happy with this HP as I was with last

I do not like that I have to pull drawer out to load paper. I print a lot of cards and the printer does not grab the paper all the time. My previous printer needed repair and Best Buy does not repair them...they only replace. What a shame. I wish I had more time to shop around, but I needed a printer ASAP and went with the advice of a sales rep at BestBuy who said this was the closest model to the one I had previously owned.

Setup was easy, I like that I can print to it from anywhere as it has a web address. I can also print directly from my iPhone and iPad as well as my Mac. It has lost its connection to my wifi only once but I simply powered it off and restarted and all was well.
