Happy with the new printer

The hinges on our older HP model broke and were not easily repaired - so we needed a new printer. One of the features we were looking for in the new printer was a better hinge feature and this new generation seems to have addressed the design flaw.

But these units have a quality problem, usually with the automatic document feeder. I have bought three HP all-in-ones and they all have had this problem. This model alone I've gone through 3 units for odd internal electrical problems. First, the wifi went out, second, the modem (phone) connection shorted out. Maybe the third times the charm. Get the protection plan with this one it'll be worth it.

This product has good feature

It got bad after a year.i bought it again because I use for my business . It is fast and good thing I can attach to my phone and print from any where. Over all it's ok printer. Hope, this time it does not break that fast.

Installed easy, works great

HP finally got the install as user friendly as I have ever seen. I also have to give some credit to YouTube though and would highly recommend the use of this resource as well.

Great printer for advanvced beginner

The automatic feed is great for scanning multipage documents into a file or email. It can also scan and save to a flash drive. Most functions can be done with the printer menu. HP support is great if there are any bumps along the road.
