Simple to use and wireless connectivity make this device a must have for the family. Print from computer, tablets and cell phones with ease. High capacity print cartridge and paper tray make using a breeze.

The Airprint function is awesome. Printing quality is very good and I really like the HP ink program. I would rate it 5-stars if I could automatically receive faxes and remote print. I suspect it's my network settings and could be solved, but there's no obvious fix.

I love this printer, easy to use and it has lots of options as well. The color is bright and colorful. This printer has a pretty cool feature with apps to let you choose, from things to do list to creating your own calendar. You can also put this feature on auto mode which sends it to you automatically once a month.

This printer works well for the bigger office jobs. So glad we purchased this model!

I've always bought HP printers. I have been loyal.however this unit has issues. It prints haltingly. It is always pausing though it resumes.it is like the buffet is too small.I also periodically have it disconnect from my computer. Also to too large.

Set-up my new printer 1 week ago, over 110 pages printed so far, no complaints yet.

This is a great printer and I have two HP printers as I thought I needed a BETTER ONE but found out I just needed to adjust the ink level on the first one I had....But this here 8620 is like having a secretary on staff at my house....it does everything...scan, print, copy etc.....it does so in a fraction of a minute....it spits out copies faster than you can bend over , flex or reach for it depending on wear you put it.....I love it and if you get the free\instant ink deal......you'll never worry about ink....as it just shows up in your mail box before your out....get you one.....I wish we had one at work....cant believe I got something better than my employer job does.

Printer overall is A+. Use for home office and gets the job done. Highly recommend.

I like the printer, It was easy to set up. I wanted a printer that would print more pages faster and in color. I am very satisfied with the printer. I like the service provided to me from Best Buy. It was mailed immediately and loved the product. I compared price and it was the best price with Best Buy!

This is your typical good HP printer. Nothing outstanding about it other than the touch screen interface. I bought it because all of my experience with HP has been pretty much the same. Its like eating at McDonalds. Its not the best hamburger in town but it is adequate for the price. My only fear is the ink cartridges. HPs use ink like Bill Gates is buying them and doesn't care about the cost.

I've used many HP inkjets, starting with the DeskJet 500, and this has to be the best so far. Very fast, great features, a workhorse, it just works!

The scan function is very convenient and quick. The printing is great quality.

Although this printer is large, the print quality is much better than my Canon.

Ink lasts a lot longer with this model than with my previous printer using 564's

This printer is nice, once it's hooked up. Installation was ridiculous, took HP support over an hour to get it to print on my computer, and I use an HP computer...so really no excuse! Now that it works it's great, but come on HP get your stuff together, set-up should be a breeze, not a multiple hour process.

Setup was easy. Love being able to print from my phone as well as other devices.
