When I first installed the printer according to the instructions, the computer {also HP} that it was connected to would not recognize it. I researched online and there were tons of people with the same problems and not a single answer from HP or anyone else on how to correct it. I finally uninstalled again then reinstalled the printer without using the enclosed cd. Worked fine.

Multi functional capability has been great. Bought for small business. Holds sufficient paper stack, functionality good, etc. A little noiser than a laser printer but not bad when compared to other ink jets. Like the ability to print legal as well as front and back without having to flip pages.

Purchased the HP 8620 to replace an HP6500. Thus far, has worked very well. Much faster and better quality than the 6500. Has a defined "tray" for paper with larger capacity. Does a better job printing two-sided as well. With that said, the cost for the ink cartridges is even higher than that for the 6500.

Got this printer 4 months ago. Installation was a breeze but had to download HP Print and Scan Doctor because there was a communication problem between PC and Printer. Have had no problems since. Very dependable printer and ink cartridges are nice and big, unlike some of the others on the market.

This is my 3rd HP 4-1 printer. Arrived with absolutely no instructions whatsoever. Had I not previously owned 2 others, I would have been totally lost. Still don't know how everything works but slowly learning. From the ink cartridges being difficult to load (kept springing back out at me after I put them in) to the paper not pulling through to print to sometimes it not printing at all although the screen says it is. I have been on HP website and it doesn't offer much more information. Definitely would not recommend this machine unless you are very proficient with 4-1's. Print quality (when I can get it printing) has been great and FAX feature has worked great.

good quality prints on documents. less than crisp on photos. Prints quickly.

This is probably my second OfficeJet printer from HP in about 8 years at about 1/5 of the price for more features that the last printer I purchased. I love the separate ink cartridges, with or without the Instant Ink its much easier on the Ink budget than earlier generation printers of this scale.

This printer meets all my requirements and prints good quality documents

We use it often at our ambulance service to copy and fax! It serves us well!

I have now purchased four of these for our offices over the last two years. They are much improved over the previous versions. I will gladly purchase more to replace the rest of the old printers as soon as they wear out.

It is a bit clunky for an all in one printer. Otherwise it looks good.

This HPPrinter has all the functions - copy, print, fax, scan. Does color well too. Pretty fast and easy to set up. Has a lot of good ratings and excellent price at Best Buy.

Replaced my old all-in-one Hp Printer. This one has a lot more extras. The online features from the printer are very nice. From the printer you can access Hp's site and pull different forms. It is faster than my previous Hp. Still waiting to see how long the printer cartridges will last

Ease of handling, quick-fast, clear copies. Capabilities to e-mail to printer from remote locations is a plus. All features: print, scan, fax, copy sells itself, a must for any office/home usage. HP has been in my home or work environments for over 30 years. HP has always been dependable.

Easy to set up and even easier to use this multifunction printer, copier, scanner and fax machine. Plus it is web based so I can print to it from anywhere. Excellent value.

I bought this because of the legal size scanning/copying and printing and love it..... The only question is 'When will HP put out less expensive ink' and at what point does it become less expensive to just buy a new printer instead of paying 100 plus in ink? Love HP Products!!!
