This HP printer upgrade is much better than its previous versions.

The HP 8620 was a snap to set up, and add to my home network. Access from the main desktop computer, several laptops even our cell phones was quick and easy. Love the wireless!

I knew I wanted HP from past usage but not sure which model. Lucky for me the HP rep was in store and sales clerk grabbed him to explain all the features to me. LOVE the fact I can get cartridges by mail monthly at a fraction of the cost vs buying. HP never let's me down!

Excellent " do all" printer that can handle everything from 4 x 6 photos up to 11 x 17 legal paper. Large capacity document feeder and two sided printing and the perfect way to print straight from your smartphone.

Easy set up and works perfectly for all my Wifi printing needs.

I I am so pleased with this printer. I upgraded from a Brother, and this one makes a world of difference! it's quick, it's clear and very easy to use. love the 4.3 touch screen.

If you operate a small office of 10-20 employees this will suit you perfectly, however I would make sure you're not going through half a ream of paper a day on this printer, otherwise it will cost you in ink cartridges. Other than that the functionality is consistent.

This printer was recommended to me by co-workers. After researching the specs and reading reviews, I decided to pull the trigger. What a mistake! This printer has proved to be a headache and a half. My experience with the scan and copying functions has been fine. But when sending a print request, it's a gamble as to what will result. For example, sometimes 1-5 pages print before it freezes (completely unresponsive from both the printer interface and the HP print utility on the computer) mid print process, and needs to be reset. Beyond being wasteful of paper and ink, it's a waste of my time. I've used HP's support forum looking for answers, uninstalled/reinstalled new drivers, tried printing from different devices. I'm not the only one with similar issues. Bottom line this particular printer is not functioning as it was advertised, and it is being returned today. I will give HP the benefit. I may have simply received a defective printer. But I have been using HP products for nearly 20 years, I want to think the quality control is more than luck of the draw when it comes to their new devices.

Tray is cheaply made. Good print quality. Cartridges are costly.

This is the fastest inkjet printer I have ever used. Great quality, easy to use and to set up. I highly recommend this printer

Very happy thus far, this printer fit the bill as my other Printer( not HP) died in the middle of printing, wedding invitations for our family wedding, this printer picked where the other left off and then some...got the sale price that made a good thing even better.

Quick, reliable and love the scan features. Easy configuration.

We are very please with the second HP 8620. The first one was returned, due to the "Printheads" would not align. We had no difficulty with the replacement one. The exchange at Best Buy was very easy, as we return the defective Printer within the proper timeframe.

We like the printer. The quality of print is great. The machine can copy, fax, print and print from My phone with no extra hook ups. The only draw back is that it is quite big. But then again, look at all it does!
