Super neat printer, scsnner, fax machine for the whole family

Using this printer for home use. I am technically challenged and this printer was so easy for me to set up. Prints quickly and I love the fax capabilities for when I need it. It will get a lot of use in our home!

We purchased this to replace an HP Color Laserjet that had stopped printing. We like all of the scanning and copying features. Just wish that the printer was faster and quieter like our old Color Laserjet was.

The process was informative and quick. The salesperson answered all of my questions and I received a good product for the price. I will come back to Best Buy for anything else I need in the near future, and will tell my friends and relatives to come also.

Had it one month and working well. Overall excellent printer. Somewhat large. While paper sizes very versatile, you have to make changes in paper tray holder every time you want a different size - wish HP had included a separate manual feed tray. Photo prints have lost sharpness compared to viewing on a monitor screen..

Very pleased with new printer. Like the larger screen as well as the fact it notified you when you need to be prepared to change ink not just when the ink runs out. You also have the availability of using the other inks until you replace the "black". Love it.

When purchasing my new Samsung Tab S 10.5 I realized I would need a new printer. Went with the HP Officejet Pro 8620. Haven't gotten a chance to use everything on it yet but am very pleased thus far.

Highly recommend this all-in-one for home use...had minor challenges getting it to scan documents wirelessly to my computer; but, was able to get it corrected by downloading latest drivers from HP

I was not going to buy another HP printer but there was an HP rep in the store the day I went in to get a new printer. He directed me to this printer and pointed out all the features which had everything I was looking for. Glad I took his suggestion.

I purchased this printer to replace a failing HP 8500 with over 20k copies on it. I've been pleased with printer. I think it is quieter, faster and maybe a tad smaller than the previous printer. I recommend this printer for home and small office use.
