Very good features, good quality, excellent support. Got the replacement warranty and got this one free. I have had a lot of printers but HP is my favorite. My last 4 have been HP inkjet printers.

Easy set up and pairing with wireless devices. I can print from my Samsung cell phone and Samsung IPAD too. I had to scan hundreds and hundreds of documents and the auto feeder worked like a charm. Simple operations and key board is very easy to understand.

Upgraded from a HP 8500A Premium to this printer. This one is lighter, has a smaller footprint, better print quality, and doesn't require replacement of the printheads in addition to the ink. The unit has a 250-sheet paper tray and includes a duplexer as standard. Doesn't slurp its ink, either - after over a month of usage, the starter ink is still well over 75%. OEM replacement ink isn't cheap, but won't break the bank. Overall, I am very pleased with this printer.

I like the printer thus far. It seemed to take a while to download this through my computer, but I was successful in doing so. It will take time to understand all its features, but I plan to try. A few time, during the printing process, several pieces of plain paper came through. I don't know if it is the paper or printer.

I've got this new model since few weeks but owned the previous model for almost 2 years. Mostly used the 2 sided scanner and occasionally printing some pages without any issues. The printing head didn't dry but after I've tried third party ink to save money over the HP ink, I ran into big problems with the previous model hence the new one which works great so far! Setup is easy, the screen is very convenient to use for th setup but also the day to day utilization.

This printer is very easy to set up and start using.

like the legal size glass. don't like the hp printer and ink software that wants to track all my activity online. pain to set up without activating the tracking portion of software. felt my privacy was being violated. best buy price was exceptional!

This HP wireless printer is the best printer I have ever owned. Easy to use from my desktop and laptop pc's as well as from my iPhone and iPad.

This is a great color printer. Prints at a fairly descent speed for both black and white and color. Most of all it was pretty easy to install and my family can print from their laptops from anywhere in the house.

Bought this printer to replace an aging/overworked 7410. Setup was easy and works great with my network and computers. Print quality is excellent.

This is a replacement printer for one that failed. It was fine until it failed. It started acting up after I tried the upgrade to windows 10 and was worse when I tried to go back to windows seven. I'mnot a computer whiz so maybe the problems were me.

HP has always been a tease about offering great hardware at low-ball prices, and then raping you on ink....and short-lived support of ink. We'll see! But, it's a great unit, and I use it more than my now-orphaned HP LaserJet Color printer.

This printer is very functional and easy to operate

Except Duplex scanner all other given features are worth the price. Paper exit space in ADF scanner is not enough to pull out jammed paper comfortably. Manual paper feed slot required. ADF scanner does not allow legal size paper scanning in duplex. ADF feeder does not allow more than one legal size paper at a time.

Fast printer but the starter cartridge didn't work.
