Got new Dell desktop and monitor so wanted new printer. Really like this HP Pro 8620 on sale $149. Like the double sided scan and print. I'm retired IBM repairman, much better than the wire matrix stuff. lol . I'm impressed. I print low page counts, but wanted one that could do everything. Large printer, but build to last. Easy setup, didn't use cd, down loaded off internet, very easy wi-fi setup. Just read simple instructions, always read instructions. Signed up for auto ship ink. Still on org ink tanks, 100+ pages.

Does not respond quickly to printing requests At times, printing is very/painfully slow (starts and stops on each page). Also seems to not be able to "grab" the paper in the tray in order to print. - frequently has to make 2 or more attempts (even through tray has paper). Have tried to set up a wireless connection (vs, USB), which is my preference. At times this does not work at all, and I have to plug in USB connection. I am frankly disappointed. I have purchased only HP printers for more than 30 years. This is a HP OfficeJet Pro 8620.

The one problem I have had is recurrent paper jams. That is a pain, but I would have to take it back to the store for repair or replacement. Other than that, the quality of the print is great in color and black and white.And the price is great.

This is a great printer. I wanted one for usual day to day printing, but also one that would print cards on card stock. It does a good job with both. I also have had great customer service when I have called in for questions. Not only did the HP person answer my questions, there were follow up emails/phone calls to make sure I was satisfied with the service. After calculating the yearly cost if I bought one set of cartridges in a year, I enrolled in their HP Ink Cartridge Program. It seems to be a money saver.

Great all in one system... Easy to set up and operate. Documents are top quality and the photos are equivalent to those printed in photo labs.

Purchased this printer for heavy duty printing purposes. It's been great so far. I love the option to place paper at the top versus under the lid. Their 2 sided option always makes it great. When I bought this printer, I compared the color printing to another one and this one printed more vividly.

The printer/scanner/copier was very easy to startup and connect to my computer. The print quality is very good and prints quickly.

This is a replacement for an older HP printer that stopped working after about 5 years of almost daily use. I own 3 HP printers and pleased with all. I didn't even look at another brand name when I needed a new printer.

Our entire family uses this printer as it has wireless capability. It can print on both sides of the paper and is very chingon.

Bought this for my home office as prior scanner function didn't work well. Miss the laser printer and easy envelope function. Everything else seems fine. Pretty sure I'm not going to like replacing ink cartridges. Finally have network printer as momma didn't want hers connected to wifi.

This is our third one; have one at home, my office and wife's office. Printing is nice and crisp, and quick. Some connectivity issues stumped me so a call to Geek Squad is in order, because HP was unable to get it solved.

Our HP printer broke after 18 months of light use. We called HP & they could not fix. Took the printer in to Best Buy & we were handed a new printer. So glad the insurance protection program finally worked in our favor!

I enjoy it because it's fast and I can print wirelessly

This device has done everything we have asked it to do so far. I am pleased with its performance as a printer, scanner and copier. The only thing I have not yet used it for is faxing. Everything appears sharp and clear.

Wifi works great, a little slow, but is a great way to print with out being hardwired to a router. Enjoying being able to scan through with out having to open the top.

My previous All-In-One printer was wireless but didn't hold enough paper. It also didn't feed paper very well. In addition the "Scan" feature was cumbersome. All of that is solved with my Office Jet Pro 8620. Thanks HP!!

This printer scanner copiers has exceeded my expectations. Great for a personal office and home. Nice that you can print directly from your iPhone via Bluetooth.

Printer used for home and business and love the east of using it. Easy to set up.

This is a great printer. The setup was extremely easy. All the instructions are clear and before i knew it was able to get this printer online wireless on the network without having to connect it to computer first.

This printer is superb compared to other printers I've boughten. Easy set-up and great wireless feature. Picture perfect clarity.
