Great printer for printing in quantity, usage you get out of the cartridges for this printer is wonderful. I use it for a small business. Only reason that I didn't give it 5 stars is the fact that it is a little slow when starting to print but does well after the print starts.

Paper tray refill awkward/cheap, nothing special about printer, feels cheap, shows dust all over and fingerprints, too, Did not come with USB cord. BEWARE of HP Instant Ink. See review of that. Tell others, not a good idea!!!

This combo unit has paid for itself many times over. Great time saver for scanning documents, fax, printing.

Really not a fan of HP but thought I'd give it a try but what really sold me was the Ink refill system that HP has for this model printer. It is really a great program. I can print from any of my tablets, my phone and my other PC with no problem and no wires. Found my wifi connection without a hitch. So far I love everything about it.

This printer has turned out to be exactly what I wanted. When I walked into the store I wasn't sure which one I needed to buy. After using it for almost a month, it has turned out to be exactgly what I needed.

Here are the things I like: 1. It holds a lot of paper, so I don't have to keep refilling it. 2. The ink (I primarily use the black) lasts a long time, and I don't need to keep changing the cartridge. 3. The pages print out quickly. 4. I can place multiple pages in the feeder, to be copied at one time, or I can lay pages on the glass to be copied one at a time. 5. There is a stopper on the end of the surface where the printed pages come out, so the pages don't go shooting out onto the floor.

Loved the ease of set up! Quality of printing is good.... Use it for my small business and I'm very happy with it!

Had a HP 8500 for 3 years and the display screen went to a blue one. Had to have a printer and Best buy had a great sale on the HP 8620. Great improvements over the previous one and so far no problems.

This is an excellent combo printer, copier, fax and scanner. Does everything very quickly with a minimum of input and the ink usage seems to be very reasonable. Much faster than my previous printer only unit.

This printer is used in an office setting and has lived up to our expectations. The overall functions are efficient and quick, making everyday tasks easy to perform. I especially love the scan-to-usb feature.

This is a great printer, and it does exactly what I want it to do. I like the way it has a touch screen to start a scan or make a copy. This is my first printer with wireless capabilities, and I love that!

GREAT MACHINE FOR HOME OR BUSINESS USE. OPERATES WELL AND IF PROBLEMS OCCUR THEY WILL REPLACE THE UNIT OR HELP YOU GET IT BACK WORKING AGAIN.. I WOULD BUY THIS PRINTER ,COPIER, FAX IF YOU NEED ONE.

Upgraded to the 8620 when my last all-in-one died. Been very impressed at the scanning speed. The touch screen is very easy to use and the fact that you can tilt it so it's easier to see is very nice.

Printer is working great so far although it needs a better instruction manual. Be aware you may need to do a quick google search to find some solutions to some items that should be in a manual...smh

Wireless and networking capabilities work well with this printer. Cannot comment on ink usage as of yet. Printers documents and pictures quickly. Overall iI am happy

Printer is great does what it's supposed to. Scan, fax, print & copy. But it does take up a lot of room.

I have a similar older printer that was having some problems I did not think were fixable. This new printer came at an excellent price and did everything the old printer did, only a bit faster.

We purchased this printer to replace another HP Officejet Pro printer we'd had (and loved) for several years, and it was a fairly seamless transition. Getting the printer out of the box and set up was fine, but it required a call to HP tech support to get the settings right on the computer when we installed drivers. Once that was sorted out, we have had no issues. It prints fast, and we've gotten good use from it already in the month we've owned it.

Updated version of 8610 I wore out. Great printing when working oil and gas reports. Doesn't miss a step and very reliable. I feel comfortable documents will look great for higher level reading.
