Great all around machine. I work from home as well as out of an office, so I do use the all-in-one fairly heavily. No problems other than the WIndows 8 update issue knocking the printer offline. This problem was specific to Windows 8 as my laptop is Windows 7 and I had no problems with that.

Initial difficulties with printing from emails and attachments. Also issues with printer connectivity to Internet. Problems were solved after one telephone session with Technician.

I have been purchasing this tier of HP printers for nearly 10 years and have always been very satisfied with the product! This one is no exception and is working out great!

Great home copier and scanner..the print quality and speed is amazing for the price. Srtbup was a breeze. I am very happy with my choice.

My hp all in one printer is marvelous. I never have had any problems printing, copying. Faxing with 'this printer It was easy to install my wifi codes very simple instructions. I have never been very savvy when it comes to settling up any device I have brought but I can say without a doubt this printer was the easiest so far. I like the color packet that I can buy to replace the colors needed to print.

I bought this on the recommendation of my computer guru and I think she was right. Good performance, very reasonable price on sale and I have always found HP printers to be A+.

The machine will not take normal photo paper. You must use 65 lb. or heavier paper or it will not print. I found this very inconvenient since we had a lot of photo paper on hand but not that heavy so it now is of no use to us at all and we had to repurchase photo paper. I deliberately did not buy the HP photo paper that the machine recommends because I was very annoyed. I bought another brand of 66 lb. photo paper which works fine. It prints much slower in color than the previous model. I'm sorry we bought it but, like all the HP printers we've bought, the rollers went bad on the older model. It does not print color photos in the speed listed on the information sheet. No where near it. It does the hesitation printing like models from years ago. The best thing I can say about it is that it scans very well, even a bit sharper than the older model, which also scanned well. Both this model and the older Office Jet Pro (I think was the 8600) use much less ink than other HP printers so that is a BIG improvement.

Printer works great the full function software is great. But I wish I had done more research. It seems to be well known that the ADF (auto document feeder) has problems. Feeder always pulls in paper crooked. It did this out of the box so it is not a dirty feed wheel problem. HPs only reply that I have found is to use the flatbed scanner. Really! that's really helpful when I want to scan or copy multiple page 2 sided documents.

Prints great data and photos also and so easy to use

When I wentshopping for a printer, I was looking for one that will provide efficacy, unexpensive ink cartridges, with the monthly refill I get, nothing beats this printer.

This printer seemed too good to be true with the rate and sale. But it IS true. WE bought it for a small office and it is working out perfectly. It was a great purchase.

Fast printing. Very easy setup. Wireless printing works great set up anywhere in the house.

This unit was purchased to replace an occasionally used Fax machine that became unreliable. This model was chosen because it can scan and copy legal sized documents. This is a very nice looking unit which was easy to setup and configure. Scans documents quickly and makes clear clean copies. Wireless and Email address printing are a plus.

Easy setup. Quality printing. Super easy to use with great features for home or office.

Love the duplex printing. Also it was really easy to completely set up and begin using.

Im very happy with the 8620 it almost got onto my network by itself and I didn't know that it had a paper feed which is nice for copying and faxing. At $160 a very good value.

I have macs at home; mac wi fi router and it all connected easily. Printing so far is great quality but I can't comment yet about ink usage; haven't had it long enough

As with my HP Officejet Pro 8600 Plus, it took about two hours of tech support to get the unit to scan using my wired network. Even with the "Doctor" program from HP, it would not recognize that the unit was connected. I could enter the IP address and get it to print. Once I got in touch with tech support, they stayed with me until the problem was resolved. Although it uses the same numbered cartridges as the 8600 Plus, it would not accept them. This was one of the major reasons I elected this machine. But for the assistance from HP tech support, I would not have recommended this machine, and was seriously considering returning it
