I like the printer because it had a lot of new fast features . The only thing I don't like is that their is no sd card slot so you can print right from the sd card .

I really love the HP model printers. After a number of years and use, my last one finally quit on me. I picked this one up and it has met all my expectations and more.

We are o pleased with this new printer! We haven't even discovered all the new features! It was a real value for the price, and is making grad school and life much easier!

This printer prints very nice. It has all the features I've ever wanted in a printer. The only thing that I am not too crazy about is the size. It would be nice if it were a little more compact, but I can definitely live with it.

This is my third hp printer of a similar model but upgraded to the newer one. Which means i have been thoroughly happy with tbe performance of this model HP printer.

This was not my first HP printer. Truth is I wouldn't have had to replace the 3 -4 year old HP printer had I not broken it due to my own carelessness (candle wax spill).. Replaced with this one which is very similar. Set up was simple and quick. Much easier than years ago. Cannot say anything negative about this printer. Highly recommend HP printers after many years of using them for graphic work.

I bought this when my other HP died unexpectedly - good price, great color. A bit slow but all in all a great printer.

I've had 6 HP InkJet/DeskJet/OfficeJet All-In-One type printers over the past 15 years or so, all were fantastic. This one is "good", not fantastic. Setup was not easy, I'm not a fan of the touch screen layout, the paper tray is awkward to remove/insert, and most of all, the ink cartridges are a ROYAL PAIN to install...there is some sort of spring loading, which is fine, but the cartridges done readily "lock" into place, and if you don't get it inserted fully, they shoot back out...I hate the cartridges. Overall, it is a good product as I come to expect from HP, but relative to many other HPs I've owned, it is just average.

We needed a good copier and tax machine for our store. We got this one what you can make lots of copies and works great. So far we haven't had a problem with it

HP has always been my favorite printer. It is easy to use and yields great prints.

This printer prints fast with very high clarity. Copies and scans quickly as well.

I have an EBAY business and each weekend we print anywhere from 200-600 pieces - shipping labels, receipts, etc. This printer can handle the volume with no problems! It is very fast and relatively quiet in comparison to the many other printers we have owned. Set-up was smooth except for the wireless connection - still working on that - but the USB will do for now since we had to replace our broken printer quickly.

This printer is very easy to use and responds quickly to wireless print jobs.

Disappointed in the lack of speed. Too many steps to be able to print. Easy to connect the unit to wifi. Print quality is good. Easy to use. Screen size is excellent.

Purchased this one to replace an older office jet printer. I love having the duplex feature, and if the need arises to print a photo, this machine will produce and awesome photo. Overall very satisfied with my purchase.
