My previous printer was a hp. I needed a printer that I could print from my phone or tablet, works great. Makes copies in no time, so glad I chose this printer.

Does as expected for the price. Low scan quality on pictures and slightly loud, but the speed makes up for it. Recommended product.

I love this printer. My son who is in law school and currently is employed in a St. Paul law firm, says its better than the one in his office and he wants it!

I tried a Brother printer. Didn't print pictures as well and wasn't as user friendly. HP printers are a great product.

This all-in-one does the job and then some for the needs of project work in an isolated location. The only internet connection is by way of hot spot. No problems...

I like the fact that you can email to it and it prints the email and attachments. Also the OCR is great too. Scanned 4 pages of text and it's now in a word doc.

Less expensive going to Best Buy than to HP, and Best Buy service can't be beat. Use this for both home and office use, it's an excellent value for the dollar.

I use mine at home, but this would also be an excellent printer for a business with features not usually found at this price level such as two-sided printing.

I am very pleased with my new HP - Officejet Pro 8620 All-In-One Printer, set up was easy and it works perfectly.

I've had this printer for several months now and like the performance and options that it gives me and my family. My daughter can print from her school issued IPad through the WiFi feature which really helps with her homework and school projects. The reports I print for work are great quality which is what I need. I had an issue installing it directly to my Desktop, but may have been an PC issue.

This is a great printer and has great quality. Prints fast and scans quick.

Love the options available on this unit given the cost point. Only issue encountered (less than 5% over 200 pages) has been printer wheel grabbing extra sheet of paper while using duplex or 2 sided print mode.

I am usually not fond of HP, but the way this printer is designed makes it an exception to the rule. I decided to purchase this printer for printing photos of my family, and I feel good about to purchase.

Printer should come with more printing settings for different envelopes and smaller paper. Instead I had to find closest setting and tweek it to work. Lots of time and frustrations could have been avoided.

Great for scanning all the documents I had in my filing cabinet. The printer and copier is awesome as well. However, I use it mainly as a document scanner.

Extremely easy setup, works flawlessly, and the print quality is superb!

Love the printer, with a minor problem. Occasionally when it prints, one or two extra sheets of paper come out. A part of the one page printed document is on the second sheet. It doesn't happen every time.
