I had bought the previous model, 8600. We use this for our main office copier/fax. The feeder broke down after 1 year. So far this one is working great. Besides the malfunction i do like this type.

I hate printers, especially since smartphones have eliminated a lot of print jobs, but I really needed one since my old one crapped out and it has a lot of features. It was easy to setup and the ink economy so far has been good. Also helped I bought this printer when it was on sale.

It is hard to give a 5 to a product that I have only had for a few months. I think longevity is a big component to an items quality. Nevertheless, so far, the printer has worked great. Setup was a breeze, and downloaded software without difficulty to scan to pdf format. Reasonably quick, and adequate print cartridge size. I have not used double sided printing, but copies and paper handling good so far. Does what I need it to, and good for home office.

Printer has fully met my expectations. Set up was straightforward and I was able to install the driver easily by following the instructions that were provided. It was helpful reading the online reviews and, at this point, I remain a very satisfied customer.

Overall a great printer, however I wish it had the capability of Efax. I no longer have a phone line so I cannot use the faxing capablilty.

I run a restaurant and we had the 8600. After a few years it died, and I went with the newer 8620. Love it. All the features from the 8600 that I liked are improved and the print speed is great for a small office or personal use. I have to email documents to my home office all the time and being able to do it straight from the printer is a great feature.

Easy setup & has worked well for the first month! My only regret is that it does not accept legal size paper for that occasional copy i need...

My family and I are really loving this product. It does so much and is great for all of our needs.

We needed a printer with the capability of printing from a variety of devices. After looking at number of printers we decided on the HP 8620. The set up went really smooth and we were pleased with the quality of the printing of documents with a lot of detail. The images were sharp and clear.

Bought this for my office and can't say enough about all the great printing features (uses card stock perfectly!), as well as the scanner.

I use this All in One printer for both home and office and have been delighted with the quality and performance of the machine. Very reliable.

This printer is bigger and faster than my old Photo smart printer. I'm still in the learning process , but I think this will be a great printer.

This has been a great product so far. I have been able to get so many things done with it. It is great especially for my high school teen.

I am an independent small office and this is an efficient and inexpensive solution for my printing needs for letters, emails faxes and photos.

This has been the best printer, copier, fax i have owned - small so doesn't take up too much space but lots of functions.

Every thing it dos it dos well, but there is only one problem with this printer, when you make a copy you cannot enlarge or decrease the image.

I previously owned the HP 8600, but after good years of service it gave out and I purchased this one. Have not used the scanner function yet.

I specifically wanted a printer with the 4 ink tank system...this printer has 4. I've always used H/P printers but this one is my favorite. It is suitable for home or office use. Many features and the photo printing is above average. Only drawback...this is a big machine for a home office. Well worth the extra few inches of space in my opinion.

HP Office Jet Pro 8600 is a great printer, so far no issue. Best buy price matched with another seller which made this even a better buy.
