Provides great copies, scans and print jobs very quickly and easily.

I bought this mainly so I can scan to stacks of pages to pdf files and light printing. It works pretty well. The pages don't always line up straight, but works for what I need. I like the wireless feature. Sometimes it doesn't recognize my laptop and won't print with no rhyme or reason. For a small, work from home office it is fine for the money. For a main office or heavy usage, I would go with something a little better.

I needed a printer that air prints and this one was so easy to set up and print wireless from my iPad. I'm in love with this printer.

This printer basically set itself up. Which is really convenient because I am not a millennial. I can print wirelessly from my laptop, tablet or phone regardless of whether I'm home or not. Print quality is good. I use it for business purposes not hi res photos. Was up and running in minutes and hasn't let me down yet. Highly recommended!!!!

We bought this printer for our home and it works great. I also bought a similar model for my office. Very pleased with this HP product!!

I had to get help to install the printer, although I zipped right through installation of my previous HP printer. The person who helped me said the instructions were a little confusing.

I like the fact that you do not have to replace all toners when one runs out. I'm happy with the amount of paper the printer holds,

Printer is really nice, the software for the printer does not work that well with a mac. Mac has its own software that works well.

I purchased the HP - Officejet Pro 8620 e-All-in-One for my wife's business & we love it! We were originally going in to get a simple wireless printer with no "bells & whistles". An HP rep greeted us & asked us what our requirements were with a printer. He mentioned a few models that caught our interest, and segwayed to this model with said "bells & whistles". Price was first & foremost on our minds as we didn't need a scanner, fax, touch & print, and eprint as needed. A Best Buy rep did remind us the reason they were called Best Buy: They price match competitor's prices to get the sale. We were able to get the adjusted price from a competitor's website & purchased this model. I have to say from a consumer's point of view, Best Buy stood out over the rest in our decision to get this printer, and because of it, Best Buy will be our number one priority when it comes to purchasing office products, electronics, and various other amenities that we stumble upon in the future. :) My wife & I give this product 5/5 stars since it has exceeded our expectations, not forgetting to mention Best Buy & it's staff for being resourceful & knowledgeable in the products that they sell.

Been quite a while since I bough a new printer, but this HP is a beast...fast printing (near laser-printer fast), the ink seems to last a long time, and the network connectivity makes for super easy setup with any iPhone, Mac, or Windows 10 machine. I only wish it had a separate tray for envelopes, but otherwise, this thing is great.

I haven't had the printer long, but it seems to be a good one. For the price you can't go wrong. It does "feel cheap" but works great!

We wanted a simple printer for letters, coupons, bills, etc,,,. Super high quality/definition wasn't important. This printer offered fast printing, good quality, an inexpensive ink supply program, -and- was on sale for half price. To date, it has delivered exactly what we wanted and more for a very reasonable price. Highly recommended!

I selected this printer to replace my Officejet Pro 8600 printer that was 5 years old as the print function quit working. The Officejet Pro 8620 is an updated version. The 8260 will print on legal size paper where the 8600 would not. The scanning bed will also accommodate legal size paper. Both printers can connect wireless to your home network which allows me to set the printer across the room and not have to run a cord to it. The exception is for faxing which I have to run a telephone line across the room but that is a rare occasion. The main feature I like is the separate ink cartridges for the different colors. You are only replacing the one color that is empty at a time. The 8620 document feeder has the ability to automatically scan two-sided paper which the 8600 did not have. Additionally the duplexer is a nice feature to have to save paper when printing. The 8620 software has a lot of features I have yet to explore but have discovered many useful ones that were not in the older 8600. Example is an "ID Scan" mode which allows you to scan something like a drivers license and print it directly on one piece of paper. You must manually turn the ID over which is understandable as it would not be able to feed through the document feeder. I only rated this 4-star because the first unit I got started making terrible grinding noises after only 2 weeks. The replacement unit (which BestBuy willing exchanged) has not developed any such symptoms. I would have to say I got a lemon in the first unit I received but otherwise quite pleased with the features and functions of the 8620.

Printer has lived up to its hype- very dependable- printing from computer, IPAd and iPhone have been seamless and without problems.
