The printer is good quality, responds quickly when printing or copying. We like the features which include duplexing. However we have not been able to get the scanner to interface with the computer. Everything else works, but not the scanner. Very frustrating. We've tried reloading the software and trouble-shooting but it has done no good.

Very good versital economical all in one printer, scanner, fax. Highly recommend

Excellent Machine, a must for every office. Fax is excellent. Copies are great almost look like new. Color is excellent.

Worst problem was getting connected to my Mac. Spent 2 hrs on phone with HP rep to accomplish. But now working great.

Research all copiers in the market for all in one copiers and could not be any more glad I bought this product! Great buy!

Good solid work printer, had a few issues on setup but was able to complete. Still prefer speed of laser but combination of copy and wireless scanning makes it worth it

I always have good luck with HP printers... and this model is no exception. Works great and doesn't give me problems.

I have owned 4 different 4 & 1 HP machines. Very disappointed that paper print order can not be changed on this machine.

Always had HP Fax/Copier/Scanners and am a fan! I have to replace every couple of years but I put them through a lot.

So far this has been a nice printer for the home. A couple of times we've had the printer pick up more than one sheet of paper at a time. It could be the paper though.

This printer has been an outstanding purchase. It prints like a champ, I also use it for scanning and it works great for that also. My other main use is for scanning documents via email and that just makes life easier, especially with interfacing with my computer. Very happy with this printer.

So good so far. Makes clean copies. Having an HP membership for automatic ink refills will make life easier all around.

Printer was simple and quick to set up and get everything running. Love the wireless capabilities of the HP 8620.

This is our third multi-purpose printer from HP and they keep getting better. Good quality printing and quite fast.
