I love the touchscreen and the ease of use. Everything is self explanatory. Problem? The onscreen help easily and quickly solves it. Connectivity was a breeze. Fast printing, scanning, copying with top of the line quality.

The printer was simple to set up to my wireless network and connects great to our laptops and tablets. The print quality is great for my home office and accommodates all my needs. I like the automatic ink program as well.

This is literally the best printer in this world. You can do many things on the printer its just unbelievable. For instance, you can print pictures from your phone. My kids also love this. This is the printer to get.

I chose the HP Officejet 8620 wireless printer for the following reasons: 1. The ability to print and copy double-sided automatically. 2. Print from the iPad and iPhone. 3. High capacity print cartridges (XL Black cartridge: 2300 pages. Standard Black cartridge: 1000 pages. XL Color cartridges: 1500 pages. Standard Color cartridges: 700 pages). 4. It prints very fast (21 black pages/minute and 16 color pages/minutes). 5. It can scan documents to my computer as PDF or as Editable Document (OCR). When a document is scanned as an Editable Document, the document will be saved as a Word document, which allows editing). Note: when scanned as an Editable Document, the original document must be clear and in printed form and not a hand-written document.

I am surprised how easy this was to set up. I've had 3 All in One Machines and never got the fax and scanner working properly. Now we'll see how long the rollers work and I'll give it another 5 stars in 2 years!

This HP Officejet Pro 8620 multi-function was a snap to install and setup. Great quality printing and easy to use. This printer was up a printing within 10 minutes after unpacking and getting it out of the box.

An amazingly powerful printer that was easier to set up then my first dot matrix printer. The only connection to printer is the power cord and my computer, iPad and cell phones can all print on it. Sets itself up.

This printer is loaded with great features, is easy to use, and prints beautiful photos. I have always owned HP printers and haven't been disappointed yet!!

10x the printer over my last Canon device. It's much larger than I realized but it prints so much faster than my last petite all-in-one. The e-Print capability has been great for work. Really enjoying this device.

This printer was easy to setup and use, straight from the box. The instructions were not complicated. Printing was excellent and the wireless features make it easy to locate where I want it in my office.

This printer was easy to set up and any computer on the same wireless network can use it easily, including your cell. We have put it to work and it has held up well. I would recommend it highly for home use.

We don't use the fax option. Everything else works great. We like having color as option. We like having auto duplex. Great that it can make 2 sided copies. We like that you can replace each color as needed. We bought because it touts that it is comparable to Laser printers, but we are not tracking it currently. We've had it one month and have printed hundreds of pages and been pleased. 250 capacity tray is space efficient but gives enough stock readily available. Wireless works great. Network Modem is upstairs, printer is opposite end of house in basement and computer is upstairs opposite from modem.

This printer is a good overall value but would be even better if HP included more print setting versatility. Pros: It has excellent print quality and is fast, both in single and duplex modes. XL cartridges keep you printing for extended times between changing. Display is bright, well designed, and readable. Print cartridges easy to replace and printer virtually sets itself up. Autofeed works well in both single and duplex modes. Cons: Less than user friendly. Print setup lacks many envelope sizes and many of the Avery and other label templates. To print envelopes, the paper tray must be emptied, the guides resized, the envelope(s) inserted and printed, the paper guides again resized, paper readded and the tray replaced. My former printer had a very convenient rear feed tray which could be used for odd sized paper and envelopes without removing the paper tray. "Scan to computer" is really clunky to set up and change.

This is by far the best printer I have bought in years. Very easy to set up to wifi, very crisp clean vivid quality. Price was outstanding also. Ended up buying one for Xmas present for the in laws.

I have used HP printers before and had no problems. This one is no exception, Easy to setup, Quality printing. I use it with my computer, Ipad, Laptop and now with my Iphone. They all work great.

The printer was very easy to setup, and prints well-double sided copies as well! Only concern is that it loses connection with Internet/wi-fi offer....but that could be due to poor home system. It does work well with my apple products and AirPrint functions well.

The ease of set up and the speed of the copies is well work the money. The print quality is very good as well. The option to print front and backs is a serious paper saver as well. Highly recommend

This HP unit is extremely fast and quiet. Setup was a breeze.... Including the wireless network. If you are considering a new all in one unit don't overlook this one! You will not be disappointed.

Have not tried all the functions yet but as a printer this is a great product. After connecting to my wifi the printer instantly shows up on my iPhone,iPad, desktop and prints like a charm.
