This printer installed flawlessly. I didn't have to setup saving a scanned file to a computer. It was easy to use. I showed my friend who bought the printer, the easy steps to use it.

I print contracts, documents and scan lots of files. Three years down the road this all in one unit still works as good a the day I bought it. I'm sold on it.

HP printer is very noisy, sounds like it is jerking apart upon print engaged. When I went into help phone number ended up with an outside company named Yogi who baggered me to sign up with their program in order to get this HP printer installed.

When it works it's great... But it jams so frequently when loading documents in the top tray to be copied, that it becomes frustrating. When I called HP customer service regarding this confirmed what the manual said, clean the jam, unplug the unit to reset it and try again. Waste of time, ink and paper.

Bought this on sale to replace the same older model that the printer head went for some reason after a year. Cheaper to buy a new printer than get parts. Overall a good printer.

I'm E-challenged and even for me this was easy to set up. The directions were clear and logical. It will be awhile before I use all of its features and I know that will also be a breeze.

my old printer was using too much ink. After reviewing info on my new pirnter, i purchased it. It is faster and does not take excess time aligning the print heads like my old printer. So far i am very satisfied with this new printer..

I totally love the HP - Officejet Pro 8620 e-All-in-One Network-Ready Wireless All-In-One Printer. It doesn't matter what I ask it to print, it spits out page after page without a hitch.

We have had this printer for 4 weeks now, it prints high quality and was on sale for a good price. No issues with our desktop PC, however my laptop continues to show the printer in error state (HP software problem?) other then that it's a good buy.

Works great, but I had to reinstall the software once and then again after an upgrade. The tab that keeps the paper from falling off after printing had a part break the second day though. Still functions, but doesn't pop up any more.

We have had the printer for few weeks now for general purpose use in our home, and we are very happy with the quality and speed of all the functions (printing, scanning, faxing). The wireless printing with an iPhone or laptop/PC is effortless.
