The best for small office

Jury is still out on the increased price for the larger display if it is justified. Quality is as good or better than any other officejet and prefer over Brothers and Cannon

Love the Office Jet Pro 8620

Ability to print from Mobile devices and send documents to it's own dedicated email address for printing is great.

I ordered the additional tray, but I was sent wrong tray, got replacement but it would only function as a copy paper tray. HP Customer service was helpful for return and refund

Never used the fax on the old one but have already used the fax on this one. Still learning how to operate since it is so different than my old printer.
