Hi quality all in one printer. Prints and scans very fast. Works with HP Instant Ink, which is convenient and cost effective. This printer goes on sale frequently and is an exceptional buy.

I love this printer. Connectivity is much better than other wireless printers I have had in the past. Its fast and quiet and was easy to set up.

I was looking for a new all in one printer, I saw this on sale during one of the previous holiday's and didn't get it. But about a week or so after, Best Buy had a 4 hour sale promotion on various electronics and other items and when I saw this at an even lower price I had to buy it. It's fast, the touchscreen is very responsive and even played video tutorials if you had instillation questions. I did find something weird, when copying there appears to be a cutoff at the bottom, maybe by a centimeter or so, and this is with the paper within the designated copy border. Maybe i need to adjust the margins in the settings or something. Other than that, this was a great purchase.

I needed an all-in-one eprinter. I found that this HP 8620 received top marks in consumer reports so, after checking out other brands, I decided to purchase it. Best Buy had the best price on the printer so I ordered it online and picked it up at my nearest Best Buy store on the same day. Installation of the printer/software went quickly and flawlessly. I've had it for a month now and I have had absolutely no problems. It has a lot of positives. It has a large paper tray. You can print double sided. You can print wirelessly directly to the printer using it's own wireless broadcast or you can connect it to your own router and network and print wirelessly that way. Very sleek design.

The HP Officejet Pro 8620 is an excellent all-in-one printer. It is extremely easy to use (user friendly), and very reliable. I recommend this printer to anyone needing an all-in-one printer.

The all-in-one printer was easy to set up and connect wireless application. The ePrint connections to smart phone and iPad went flawlessly.

I purchased this printer for personal use only because it was 50% off and the deal was way too good to pass up on. While this printer is a little overboard for home use, after setting it up to my wireless network and computer, this is by far the best printer by far that I've ever owned. After syncing this wireless printer up to my home network and computer, this printer by far has been the best printer I have ever owned. The neat thing is the replacement ink that is delivered to your mailbox when your ink runs low. Yet another feature that deserves praise is the fact that you can send print jobs remotely to your printers designated email address.

This printer is really nice, it's fast, the install process was really quick and HP support is good. I really like the software, makes thing really simple, you should all check it out.

I researched many printers before deciding on which on to purchase. I bought this for my home use. I've had many different brands in the past, I would get annoyed with the ink cartridges & lack of features I needed to do. I was specifically looking to be able to send documents or pictures from my cell phones or laptop wireless, copies, fax, scan, & print on front & back of one page. This hp pro 8620e does all that..and More!! Hp finally worked put the ink cartridge issue so you only change the color that's out not the whole color cartridge. It's user friendly & prints much faster than the other printers. You will be very happy with this printer!

The printer was easy to install and configure. I like the print quality and speed. I also like that I can print from a wireless device...

I purchased this printer for home office use. Surprised at how easy it was to get up and running. Plenty fast and does good photo quality.

I had an older wireless HP printer with a removeable key pad that had access to the internet. I would frequently loose the connection to the printer. Because of this complexity, it was hard to keep and restore the Printer wireless connection. The new printer was easy to set up and is easy to maintain. I like the simplicity of the copier, printer, scanner in one. The scanner works and produces pdf output easier than other printers I have had. I don't know why HP is too cheap to provide you a full ink cartridge with the printer, since I must buy a lot of ink over the years to keep the printer going. Did they really make that much money by under-filling the original ink cartridge?

Love this printer, it was super easy to set up, and works great. The printer is just a little slow, but even that isn't very much. I scan a lot and this unit makes that very easy as well.

HP got this one right. The setup was very easy. It took about 15 minutes to setup. The wireless set up with each of my devices only took a few minutes too. This is a very good printer.

This printer is super efficient. Prints really fast and double-sided which is a major plus that I didn't know I needed or wanted til I had it. Wireless connectivity was easy to set up

I love my new printer. I am using in my home office and it being wireless is awesome because the kids use it also for printing out homework assignments. Great color and crisp copies.

I think I wore out my HP 8500 and replaced it with the 8620. Have not been disappointed yet. Fast, clear black and white printing. Color printing is good, but better when using printer paper. Scan is faster than any printer I've had so far.

I'm very pleased with this printer. It's fast and easy to use, capable of scanning/copying legal size and has features that I have yet to tap into. A perfect fit for my home office.

My beloved Photosmart 3210 finally bit the dust and I did a lot of research to come up with the perfect replacement. I thought I had found it in the Officejet 8620. Don't get me wrong... this is a fantastic printer. It is fast and set-up was a breeze (out of the box and printing in less than 30 minutes). For printing documents, it is wonderful. I was a bit disappointed in the quality of printed photos. They just looked a little dull and flat to me. I am no professional but the one thing I loved about my Photosmart was that anything I printed looked as good as any professional print I could buy. I can't say that about the Officejet. They are acceptable, but not exceptional. If you are wanting to print documents clearly and quickly, this is the printer for you. If you want to print photos primarily, you may be disappointed.

This is an excellent printer. It was easy to install, and all of my wireless devices find it from anywhere in my house when I need to print. Prints fast and high quality images.
